Enjoy a sumptuous semi-buffet brunch of traditional Easter delights, along with an extensive selection of European cheese and cold cuts at Escape Restaurant on 9 April 2023.
Start off with savoury appetisers such as Bow Tie Pasta with Forest Mushroom & Smoked Duck and Baby Potato Salad with Crisp Bacon and Sour Cream dressing. This is perfectly paired with a heartwarming bowl of Butternut Squash Bisque.
Both Cheese and meat lovers would be delighted by the lavish selection of European cheese like Lavash and Grissini, plus succulent cold cuts such as Air-dried Beef Pastrami and Smoked turkey roll with condiments.
Don’t forget the main stars : Slow Baked Whole Salmon Fillet with Classic Egg Benedict and Egg Cocotte Bordelaise.


Easter staples such as Hot Cross Buns with a sharing platter of Desserts and Pralines should not be missed.

Shower your mum with tender love through a full brunch buffet of Western and local delights by Executive Chef Marcus Tan on 14 May 2023. For the first time, the Grand Ballroom will be used to hold this celebration due to its elegant design and spacious for up to 300 persons.
Expect highlights such as Penang Assam Laksa Live Station, Indonesian Beef Rendang, Mum’s Favourite Pork Leg Vinegar and Signature desserts like Durian Penget and Pandan Layer Cake. Other crowd favourites are not to be missed.
This include fresh seafood on Ice, premium cold cuts platter, dim sum, live stations such as carved-to-order meat carvings, DIY Popiah, Omelette and Pink Chocolate Fountain Station. For all mums, they enjoy complimentary gifts of macarons and Egg Cocotte Bordelaise as our form of appreciation. While taking the time to savour each dish, be entertained by live heartwarming hits from The Juleb Dandies, a renowned local band that will be belting out favourite hits for all beloved mums.
