I would hardly recommend this to anyone I arranged for a dinner to celebrate the birthday for a family member. While the food was acceptable, there was hardly any soul to the place or the service. Also I find a place that charges for water, when water should be a given, at $5 per pax, is bordering on ridiculous. And to add to the lack of welcome or soul to the entire dining experience. There was no effort at all to at least make it that more special for the birthday girl. I would kot be coming back anytime soon for any special occasion.

Great service and nice ambience. Many choices for various lunch sets. Fish & chips very nicely done.

Slow service with overworked staff doing their best. Food average and minimal taste. Cost is fair.

Venue is the breakfast buffet place + restaurant + bar with live music for the hotel it is housed in. We had the chef's special course which was pretty good for the price. Well thought out plating, good flavours and textures. The beef dishes stood out most for me. On the negative, most of the dishes relied on smoky notes making it a little monotonous. Also, the setting is rather odd for a menu leaning toward fine dining. All in, recommended, especially for a casual date night!
