As one of the best in Singapore, the tapas menu at El Tardeo is thoughtful and sophisticated. There are classics of Spanish gastronomy as well as contemporary refinements in the way pica pica, cold cuts, tostadas and croquetas. If you’re feeling meaty, why not opt for Iberian pork ribs or deep fried baby squids with allioli? The rack of lamb served with fresh spinach and a mushroom salad is also nothing short of dreamy.
