It was our first time at Edge. Great spread of variety of food. Love the seafood section the most. The only disappointment was the chilli crab - the flesh was too mushy. The rest are all very good!

Main course and esp seafood bar can improve in quality eg crabs wasnt fresh. The desserts are excellent. Outstanding service from Jeremy..extremely personable, customer oriented, efficient n goes the extra mile to increase customer satisfaction !!

We went this place a few times for birthday celebration with great experiences. But this was the most disappointing one, food ran out fast and no salmon sashimi throughout the lunch session. One of my friends didn’t eat anything except drinking water as there is no sashimi. Thankfully the service manager attending us knew about this and gave us discount. Otherwise, it is really not worth the price we paid for.

Unfortunately Edge didn’t meet expectations: service was slow, quality merely adequate and finesse lacking

Wide spread of food, great selection. Staff are polite. Buffet counter staff not very attentive, need to wait for someone to get food for you. Waiting staff Mr Onran is very attentive. Thank you very much.

The variety of the buffet as well as the quality of the seafood is ideal for seafood lovers.

the food was really bad. selection was very limited and the meats were hard and dry - the food seemed to have been sitting outside for a while. this is NOT a buffet to pay $90 for - i would pay $20 max.

A nice place for gathering. However the service can be slightly better example a gentle reminder of last order.

My family enjoyed the ala carte lunch buffet as it offered a wide range of cuisine from local, Malaysian, Japanese, Western and Christmas festive spread.

Been to the edge couple of times now, food quality remains good and taste great. Celebrated bday there twice now, complimentary chocolate cake is so yummy too. Will be back again.

They have taken out snow crab legs but charged the same. The oysters were not fresh. I actually had a few really awful ones. Oysters and snow crabs are the only reasons I been visiting edge. This will be the last

The Colony is one of the best hotel buffet which my family has tried so far in Singapore. Our favourites from the weekend seafood buffet lunch are the fried large prawns, steam sea bass and Hokkaido scallop sashimi.

Normally Edge is good value though it's the usual expensive hotels buffet. But this time, the quality wasn't as good. The beef was not tender and sashimi not as fresh, I think because they had a promotional price. That shouldn't be the way
