It was great! Service was good! Can try it even though the food was quite average!

The set lunches are quite good value for money. A reasonable portion for lunch.

one of the service staff, probably a part-time when she wanted to serve my food, told her.. to just leave it at the centre, since I have a small plate infront of me instead she purposely push the plate away fr me & put the main course, she should atleast let me finish my appetizer of oyster.. anyway I instructed her to leave the main -course at the centre, y can't she follows simple instructor fr the diner & not follow her own means it's time for main, appetizer must stop, ezit????

Food was great, service was okay but can be better.

The slipper lobster aglio olio is one of my favourites, pasta is done well.

Seems like over the years, the Jack's Place chain had suffered a drop in food quality. Eatzi isn't spared and it really shows! The steak I had had lots of tendon and fat, and was tough in texture though I had asked for medium doneness. I wonder if the chef had a rough day, so perhaps a second visit may be needed to ascertain the real standard?

great location right at the MRT station. abit hidden though so there is not crowded even on a public holiday. The food is decent, though slightly on the expensive side.

I am a regular to this restaurant.It is always very crowded whenever I come. Good is good and staff is always trying to provide the best service despite the shortage in manpower.
