Chicken Roulade Noodle
Roulade is French for roll, a portion of the chicken thigh is sliced thinly and wrapped around a serving of minced chicken mixed with leek, shiso leaves and egg yolk, and rolled tightly. The chicken roulade is then steamed and quickly scotched before serve. Served with homemade noodle.

Served with noodle or rice and homemade tartar boneless chicken thigh that had been coated with flour and egg and deep fried, dunked into Nanban sauce
