Homemade noodle served in chicken broth. Simple comfort food of soup, homemade noodle, runny soft-boiled egg and nothing else
Chicken Roulade Noodle
Roulade is French for roll, a portion of the chicken thigh is sliced thinly and wrapped around a serving of minced chicken mixed with leek, shiso leaves and egg yolk, and rolled tightly. The chicken roulade is then steamed and quickly scotched before serve. Served with homemade noodle.
