East Treasure Chinese Restaurant (東寶) - Toa Payoh

We tried the herbal crocodile soup today. We enjoyed the soup very much. Will return again. East Treasure is one of our favourite restaurants!

Love the food but not the nose level. I thought the prices of items were on the high side as well and considering the high prices, charging for tissues, water and tea seems petty. I don't think I will be going back unless it's is a very special event. A med plate of ching long chai (Royale chives) was 30. A large for 30 would seem more appropriate.

Had a dinner get together with friends here. It's their 1st visit and they enjoyed the food. The roast duck was so good that my friend said will return for it.

Good service and food. Especially the age duck still the best.

premium Chinese cuisine, not cheap but quality good. dongpo meat was not tender enough; 60-hr dry-aged roasted duck was not tender enough; the whole steamed red grouper at $13.80/100g was fresh; minced pork brinjal was unique and tasty; chives flower Hakka style was unique and delicious

Worst dining experience ever. No one bother to serve us when we stand at the door for some time. Requested for a quiet table but in the end was thrown to a table beside a super noisy group ! They are talking and laughing so loudly till it’s irritating;( Food wasn’t good too ! Totally disappointed

Tables setting are cramps, overall ambience is pretty noisy, luckily the speed of the food serving is fast, staffs overall are friendly

Enjoyed the yellow wine chicken and Indonesian style claypot prawns.

The food was delicious, quite unique in the way the food was cooked. The pork stomach soup was excellent & the duck was fantastic.

A place with delicious food and good service. However, the noise level can be challenging when the restaurant is packed with diners.

My my cousin and friends came back from US. I bring them for dinner. They love the chilli crabs and Chinese soup. Size of Dishes served good portion.

Food was generally good, especially the roast duck and chicken pig stomach soup. Only scare was a different outlet called to confirm reservation when I’ve already confirmed and pre-ordered some food a day before my dinner.

Nice experience and was happy with most dishes... sadly that the roasted duck n chicken skin dish were not available. We ordered other dishes. We feel that the presentation can be improved, especially the desserts.

Food are not bad, but feel that the whole place is understaffed. Despite the effort of the covering a few tables by our allocated waiter, was not not able to attend our needs and request timely. Did not feel like we are in a premium restaurant at all.

We celebrated my month-in-law’s birthday. Good food and service. And duck is highly recommended.

Food was superb, managed to try the 60 hr Dry-Aged Roasted Duck without pre-ordering. Meat was tender. The Hanging Lettuce with Crispy Pork Belly is a MUST TRY dishes here.

The dishes that we ordered are so yummy! Except for the roasted duck tend to be bit of saltish. Kudos to the gentleman server who attended to our group, he has a sense of humour and displayed excellent service! Keep it up.
