Dallas Restaurant & Bar - Suntec City

I've walked past and had a quick drink catching some football on the screens previously, but this was the first time dining. I was in two minds as from the outside it looks somewhat confused - is it a restaurant or a sports bar? Well on this reckoning it ticked the 'restaurant' box quite nicely. We had cod and half ribs as our dishes and both were decently sized, looked good and most importantly delicious.

Very nice staffs. As we had a group of 7, staffs ( waitring and kitchen) were willing to accommodate to our request. Thank you. We had a nice dinner.

Nice ambience, great for cosy gathering with friends or intimate moments with loved ones with a window view. However, the staff needs to be attentive or either that put a service bell on the table for the staff to notice you calling for service. Have to wait for nearly 20mins just to get someone to get orders. Could be better.

Steak badly cook. Asked for medium rare and came totally cooked. Meat was tough. Very disappointing experience compared to my last visit. I wonder if the Chef has changed since. 😰

Excellent food, great ambience and wonderful service. The price is reasonable for the experience.

I made the reservation for birthday dinner at Dallas Suntec last evening. The restaurant looks classy from the outside. But once we went in, the experience was disappointing: (1) White table cloth was dirty with stains all over. (2) the young boy waiter must be new to the job. He wasn’t sure of the menu, told us to choose either fries or salad for our prime beef ribs, when actually the beef comes with both sides. He even told us no more happy hour promotion from 3-7pm, and the menu was not updated to reflect this. I assumed the restaurant also didn’t update this info on its website and the posters outside it’s doors. (3) Food portions were good but other than this, everything else is a disappointment. I felt embarrassed and regretted hosting a birthday dinner at Dallas. The birthday dinner turned out badly, luckily we went to pan pacific lounge to redeem the night. This is my first and definitely the last visit to Dallas Suntec!

Good chicken parmigiana with a big portion of thick fries. Value for money!

Been here multiple times, each time I have enjoyed myself alot. Nice ambiance and food standard remains consistent. Price is great for the food we're getting. Love to go back again

Wonderful service, staff are friendly. A nice restaurant for corporate dinner, event and causal dining as well. This restaurant come with a very spectacular view too.

Great experience and great restaurant. We went there for lunch, it was a bright and comfortable setting. Good was great, service was good but it could be a little faster :) Most lunches are about 1-1.5 hours, however ours took slightly over 2 hours due to waiting time.

Amazing food and view. Loved every course. It is a must visit and must try place.

Very good Cobb salad and bangers, peas and mash. Pleased they know what goes in to a Gunner! Many places haven’t a clue! A relaxing setting too.

Food was good. But you could tell that the restaurant was severely understaff on a Sunday evening. 3 waitresses ( including a bartender) for the whole night. Not the easiest to get their attention

Dallas provides a very nice dining ambience with both indoor and outdoor dining experience. We tried both the set menu and ala Carte menu. Food was superb!

Service could be better as we were told that the inside is fully booked and reserved.. even though we made a reservation. Other than that, food was pretty good.

There is not much Dishes in the Menu But the Quality of Food is Excellent, my youngest daughter loves pasta and was disappointed for there is are not many to choose from. so she chose which she was reluctant to order but to our surprise she finished her food. As for me my wife and my elder daughter we were pretty much happy with our food. Compliment to the Chef.

Overall it was a very nice dining experience. Nice ambience in the evening, suitable for an intimate night out with friends. Ordered Dallas fajitas with grass-fed ribeye steak; decent food.

I have been a regular of this restaurant. A restaurant that never fails to meet expectations. Thumbs up and keep up the good job Dallas.

Great ambience with value for money set dinner. Great varieties of selections. Nice Dessert, Tiramisu. The happy hour red wine is quite good. Staffs are polite.

they have a private function on that night, so end up only can sit at outside, which is high table and chair, without aircond, so is pretty hot

Nice ambience and the lighting is excellent. Service is okay, no issue is catching the captains' attention. Food is average, would definitely expect a bit more given classy feel of the place.

The food was delicious, my son especially enjoyed the buttermilk chicken burger. The service was excellent. We loved the decor and lovely view from our table by the window too.

Standard of food dropped (deluxe burger, wings). Came last year, burger juicier, had more of a punch. Service ok. Food served quickly. Atmosphere good. Drinks ok.

Good fish taco. Missing d grilled pork taco they stopped making them. Value for money prime rib steak. Fantastic view during lunch time. Good svc.

The place setup is really nice. The staff shared they change menu regularly... plus point. The set meal is quite reasonably priced - another plus point. Feeling e mood, i've ordered house pour red wine with my steak... the steak was marinated well. everything went well... just a little note... the beef used may need some review on the quality.. other than that, i believe i will come more regularly.... thanks!

Good and service is good. Only that a party had booked half of the area for a birthday party while the partition is not sound proof and quite noisy for the other diners.

The service attitude is very good, and they specially prepared a birthday cake for me, I like it very much. Looking forward to the next experience at here.

Good service team who is always attentive and obliging to request. Value for money for the three course set meal.. Beef steak has maintain good quality on my every visit and the dessert is scrumptious as always . Excellent ambience and beer is well chilled.

Disappointed that the special Quandoo steak set is no longer available. It was not removed from menu on Quandoo. Fortunately, we still enjoyed the usual nice food and service

I’m usually impressed with the food (especially the meat platter) at Dallas, but during this visit, I was not wowed by the food. That said, the food wasn’t awful. Just nothing impressionable. Service, however, is excellent as usual.

Warm and friendly staff. Good value for money. Nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend anyone who wants to have a good meal with family and friends.

This is my 3rd time to Dallas! After trying a couple of dishes the last 2 times, I know what to order now - chicken avocardo parmigiana and fajitas are really good! Fish & chips too! Thankful for the complimentary dessert for the birthday girl as well!

2nd time to the restaurant cos the first time was excellent! This time. service was excellent again, but food wise, certain dishes can be given a miss e.g. snapper fillet, crab cake. But other dishes were still excellent!

First time to Dallas and was awed by its ambience! Love the high windows with city views! Service was good and most importantly the food too!

solid cocktails. nice lounge chair. we can choose to sit outside and it is really breezy. very prompt service. an all round solid experience. highly recommended.
