The food selection is limited consider the price to pay. But the place is nice to have friends or family gathering. Should provide me value added services or more food varities

Variety is good but replenishment needs to be faster. Good service from staff. Although we are suppose to make our own tea/coffee, the staff helped to make and serve the tea to us.

The Lobby Lounge is very cosy and comfortable to while away the afternoon. It was our second visit and we're very disappointed they took away the oysters from the spread. Otherwise it would have been perfect just like our first visit.

Great environment to relax after a day of shopping and exploring Singapore! Very near to the train station and suntec city. It is very quiet in the afternoon.

food quality is good though choices are little. Service good. Overall I would say to improve have more food choices like local cuisine and maybe a chocolate fondue?

we were allowed to go in at 2pm sharply. restaurant was small but cosy. food selection is pretty limited (some chicken, siewmai, bun, prawns, oysters, mussels, some selection of sushi (no sashimi sadly), sandwiches of various form, cheese, some cakes and chocs, icecream. there is currently a one-for-one promotion for the high tea. if you are aiming for sweets, this may disappoint. otherwise oyster is free flow.

Varieties are too little, not much choice. Service was a bit slow. Overall, we were not really satisfied with the food and the environment there.

Service wasn't very good, not attentive. And food is average. Not fantastic. Very little food variety. Only free flow of tea and coffee, no juices.

Good ambience for an afternoon high tea session. High price high tea session if there is no promo going on Food was decent for a high tea setting

Even though the cafe was not fully occupied, we (table of 4) was not given an inside seating, instead we were being seated outside of the cafe, facing the lobby, eating in the full view of mass public. I would have rated a 2 for the unpleasant experience, but an extra point has been given to show appreciation for the staff.

Food Variety Offered is below expectation though taste is good. Even though its a 1 for 1 promotion, conrad still shouldnt cut down the varieties offered.

I was expecting more from the lobby lounge hi tea but I was a little disappointed with the food selections. Some of the hot food were cold, limited array of food to choose from when compared to the rose veranda or the regent where we are paying almost similar price. The saving grace is the service of the servers. One of the lady, managed to get a better seating for me and I appreciated her help. Servers were quite prompt when asked for help. Food wasn't great, service was good though.

Friendly staff, prompt service, nice selection of food although variety could have been wider. Waitress even gave us a small chocolate cake with a lighted candle to celebrate husband's birthday.

Place was a little too noisy for a work discussion due to chatter from neighbouring tables, and service was not very prompt. Weekday high tea set was decent for the price.

Pleasant ambiance. The food range is sufficient though some may find that there is not a lot of variety here. It is a little pricey if not for the 1 for 1 deal.

Good range of food, especially the desserts while the staff are very friendly and helpful. They keep refilling the buffet throughout the two hours so nothing runs out (for long away).

Nice ambient. There are a wide selection of tea. We loved the dessert section, it has high quality desserts. The prawns were very fresh. The pan fried beef slices were very tasty.

Reserved a table but was made to wait for at least 15mins thereafter. Main reason was the inefficiency of the staff while escorting the guests to their respective tables. There were lots of confusion and time wasted

Conrad Lobby Lounge offers a comfortable and cozy environment for afternoon tea as always. However, food variety (and quality of some items) is much reduced since my last visit. That would make me reconsider whether to visit the place again.

Good quality food, nice ambience. The extra 20sgd for free flow is a bargain. OK service, it improved towards the end when it was time to clear the customers.

Attentive staff. Food could have more quality choice. More savory items, cheese & accompaniments and meats would be better. Nobody really touched the pralines and chocolate fountain (best for kids?). Dessert (cakes, ice-creams etc.) was of good quality.

Variety of food was limited. Not really value for money even for the UOB 1-1 deal. Overpriced unless you don't mind paying top-notch dollar for the ambience.

Food was not of a quality expected of Conrad. What's worse was that there was almost no food left at most stations at the start of the second seating. Only after 1 hour did most stations start to be filled up. Even then, you won't be able to get much of the expensive items like the oysters and the crayfish, because they run out in no time and take forever to be refilled.

Great experience. Nice environment and food. Highly recommended. For high tea lovers, definitely worth coming down to experience and try. That's all for my feedback.
