It would have been better if the staffs have let us know the differences of the fishes and the flavors. On the positive note, the servings were good.

Trust that it could be better. Service staff not friendly and helpful. There're 2 toilets: 1 ladies 1 gents, ladies is locked. Lucky food still ok, only thing spicy level given wrongly.

Chongqing grilled fish always have delicious bbq fish and the 辣子鸡 is awesome as well! I went at 3.30pm so there isn't any queue, perfect for lunch and dinner!

Visited this place a few times and food was good. However, this visit disappointed my family and I. Firstly, we have a kid and they arranged our table at level 2 (we have a stroller, they expect us to carry the stroller up. They have no lift). When we arrived at the second level, the service staff said they did not receive any instructions to arrange a table for us. We ordered the the dual pot thinking we could enjoy two flavours (don’t order this, it’s a rip off.) They basically halved a big piece of fish and the pot was super small to even add in the ingredients we extra ordered. Service was really bad. Only 2 service staff for the entire level 2 (there was quite a lot of tables). I asked for a set of kids cutlery and the cutlery only came after an hour and asking twice. Afterwards, we ordered more ingredients and the food only came almost 40 mins later when we were finishing up the food. I asked to cancel the food and the staff said we can’t do that. It was really disappointing. Will not return..

Good food and general ambience at the heart of Bugis

Enjoyed the sijidou and grilled fish a lot here! We got the lvl 1 for the spicy fish and soup was palatable. Was not overly spicy!

Only place I go to for grilled fish. Still as good as before. Will definitely go again! 😉

I have been here a few times and I really like the food!

My 2nd time back this outlet and we have a private room for my family, group of 12 pax. Love their fish choices and would recommend Patin fish.
