the food and services were good, strategic location just near Bugis area. I love very much their spicy fragrant golden snapper fish, French beans with minced pork n dried chili, dou miao, and Mantou. Very recommended!..
Good food good service and environment ! This was my 3rd visit here and really enjoy the food very much thus i recommended to my friends to celebrate my birthday here in March and also like it after tasting. Will be back again !
Came here for the sea bass spicy fragrant grilled fish again. The thing about this restaurant is that spiciness is never consistent. We always order the medium spice level but sometimes it tastes so spicy and occasionally it is too mild. Wish they could make it consistent. Otherwise, the food is fresh, taste awesome and always an enjoyable meal! Do note that if you sit indoors, you end up smelling bad after the meal because of the ventilation and the strong fragrance of the spices. Waiting time can also be very Long. Make a reservation or expect to queue on average almost an hour.
Quandoo reservation is applicable to 6 pax maximum, but we have a total of 8 pax, The staff quickly arrange accordingly, perhaps we were the first few customers before the rest of them stream in, so it could be done. Service was good and food was within expectations.
Went on odd timings so there wasn't many people around.. All dishes were served pretty quickly and foods were good! Had their mushroom based fish and the soup was excellent! Will definitely go there again! Currently they have promotion of free Mala Xiang Guo for every purchase of a kaoyu (between 12-6pm).. So worth it!!
The staff who name Xiao Qian that serve us in a very friendly way. The food is gd but we suggest that they can serve us ice water without charging cos we finished our ordering drinks fast due to the spicy level & is very costly to keep ordering drinks.
Booked a table at 8pm. Arrived at 8pm but was told to wait as there was a walk in queue. When there was an empty table, that table was given to the walk in customer. Had to wait for another ~20 mins. So I don't see the point in making a reservation. One of the dish served was a wrong order as well.. although it was rectified, we had to wait further for it. Overall, it was just a waiting experience.
was greeted fairly quickly and was brought to our seat immediately. Great waitress who explained everything to us and the food came really fast as well. Taste wise, absolutely fabulous! Visited this outlet many times and will definitely visit again!
