MyMillennium service is generally impeccable. Cafe 2000’s service was great too.

Overall the foods are nice especially the seafood counter. With the 1-1 offer, it is value for money. The reception lady staff is very patient and friendly guiding me to sign up for the membership. Thank you!

The options for the seafood was limited however the price was definitely worth it if you have the membership

The food and drink very fresh and good enough for us to enjoy, but the problem is after having dinner, very thirsty , I need to drink plenty of water , its should be the only reason, those food add on a lot of Ajinomoto…

Friendly environment and serving staffs. Fair verities of food choices. Suggest to have fruit juice in the menu.

What i feel can improve is to close the buffet at 10 instead at 9pm.

Service level has always been patchy. Main dishes were ok but fairly expensive.

The staff at the counter oddly disappeared for a long while after I arrived and asked her for my reserved seat. Something similar happened during my past visits as well.

I went for the 1 for 1 meat the seafood buffet and the food was excellent! the prawns was very fresh and the pork ribs is fantastic. highly recommend to visit this restaurant when they are having promotions 😍

Food was good with multiple selections and the 1 for 1 promotion was worth it! Staff was attentive and plates was cleared constantly, highly recommended for everyone that loves buffet 😍

Staff seems overstretched. Aka carte menu was decent with standard local/ western fare albeit slightly on the expensive side.

A bit noisy and ala carte items are slightly on the expensive side.

Cheap food. Not worth the calories. With the same price, I can get better buffet at other hotels. Don’t even have the basic sashimi.

this is my 4th visit to cafe 2000 for their 1 for 1 buffet and their food and service were excellent! Jimin was very attentive and remembered her customers well as she remembered me due to visits before that. Highly recommended to dine in here 😍

Food was bad. 4 people ordered but food interval between each persons dish took damn long hence by the time the 4th persons food was served the first and second person’s food has been out for 15-20 mins and the pasta was tasteless with no texture :’(

Great value buffet with 1-for-1 promotion. Food was mostly good except for a few items. Save room for the chocolate lava cake! Parking was expensive.

Very busy but dated interior. Booked for high tea, and bad soundproofing in restaurant. Felt like I was in a wet market. Overall food was ok, but hard to get attention of staff.

Went on saturday night dinner. Very packed and people were fighting for food. Very uncouth. People choosing the crayfish with roe, check for cakes 1 by 1. Very unpleasant eating experience.

Cafe 2000 was full house for lunch on 21 Dec 19. Cold section was not too fantastic but there’s Snow crab!! Yay! Cooked stations chili crab, cheese oyster, mussels, pizza, satay, salad bar and carve station - honey ham was good, the rest ok. Overall was good and worth visiting. Desserts are good, just that they don’t really top up. Ice cream - looks like Made in house and is yummy. Service was great by the banquet staff and manager. Thank you to the team ;)

Service was great as usual, staff was very friendly and nice. Second time here already! The food were nice too, i just feel that the food variety are quite little. It was mothers day and the provided champagne to the mothers and provided free cake to decorate to let us give to our mothers as well!!

Need to improve on Customer Service at Cashier Point. Just ignore me & do her own things until finish then she process my bill. Did not tell me to wait awhile or propose to ask me take a seat first cos she busy & later process my bill. I was treated as a transparent person while standing in front of her waiting for her to finish her things. Please review. Thanks.

No to bad and hope have more variety on the foods.

The main course and salad bar dessert is good. Service time is reasonable although the billing took some time. Will definitely return again for lunch.

Enjoyed my seafood buffet lunch ... Love the salmon sashimi, chilli crab, matcha ice - cream & durian purée ... Will try the buffet dinner next round.
