Nice food, great beer. Excellent service. Beer pricing outside of happy hour is pricey.

I did not see an option to choose indoor seating on the reservation page but I requested indoor seating in my requests. When I got there, i was told by the hostess that my reservation showed outdoor seating (I didn't even see that on my reservation!) so I was put outside near the entrance. It was really humid, a lot of walking traffic at that spot and my friend and I had problems hearing each other above the noise. Not a very conducive place to catch up with a friend. She also felt very uncomfortable because she said there was too much movement around her. We didn't make any complaints about it though. When we were about halfway through dinner, the hostess came to ask if we were willing to move to another table as they had a group of 15 coming and they needed our table for the group to sit together. She brought up that she needed us to move at 8.30 pm and also said something about a 2-hour slot for customers. She also said something about me arriving late for the reservation, then corrected herself when I said we had arrived early, not late, and she said that because we were early, she had had to give me a table that wasn't mine instead. When I brought up that our 2 hours wouldn't be up yet at 8.30 pm, she got upset and said curtly something like "OK nevermind, you no need to move, okay?" and walked off. I thought that was incredibly rude and kinda spoiled the night's experience.

Brotzeit Raffles City seem to be my go-to place for meeting up with friends now. Allan and his crew Ploy, Yeng were great! The food were great and drinks (beers) extraordinary! I’ve gotta try the wine next round.

Nice ambience, great food (+drinks) and superb service. Atmosphere is totally relaxed and crew team service was excellent. Special shout-out to Menard, Ploy and Parichart. Had a great time catching up with old friends over good and lots of beer!

Love the Weis beer here especially during Happy Hour. Service is great while there is usually a crowd in the evenings.

We had the small platter for 3 to 4 pax shared amongst 5. It was just nice with a bread bowl and a few beers. They were kind enough to recognise the treats for our 3 birthday boys. Food is always good as usual, especially the pork knuckle!

I had a good curry bratwurst at Brotzeit Raffles City. That aside, the staff were all friendly and full of smiles.

It was yet another amazing experience at Brotzeit. I really enjoyed the pork knuckle with some of the best German beer offered.

Waiting time is way too long. We ordered a starter and it took more than 30 min after we check with one of the staff, she told us that the order did not go through. When we order the main course, it took around 30 mins too. There should be alot of room for improvement on the waiting time.
