A platter after the hearts of pork-lovers. Tuck into our schnitzel, signature Crispy Oven-Roasted Pork Knuckle, and selection of sausages - spicy chicken, pork cheese, Nürnberger, and Thüringer. Served with two sides of your choice.
Brotzeit Platter with Bavarian Pork Ribs (for 4 – 6 pax)
This platter is a firm favourite and includes a variety of our authentic German sausages: spicy chicken, pork cheese, Nürnberger, Thüringer, and Weiβwurst. We round it up with our classic Crispy Oven-Roasted Pork Knuckle and Honey Bavarian Ribs coated with Chef’s unique garlic, beer and barbeque infused sauce. Served with two sides of your choice.
Wonder Platter (for 6-8 pax)
A feast for big groups, the platter includes Crispy Oven-Roasted Pork Knuckle, Oven-Roasted Chicken, Honey Bavarian Ribs and Berner Sausages. Served with potato salad, fries, and sauerkraut.

Breaded Veal Escalope
We use only milk-fed veal imported from Europe for this classic dish, and, as required by traditions, hand-pound the meat to an ideal tenderness, then breading it thinly, and frying it to a delightful crisp. Served with potato salad, mixed vegetable salad, and cranberry-lingonberry sauce.
Crispy Oven-Roasted Pork Knuckle
Oven-roasted hind shank of grain-fed pork, marinated for 24 hours with our premium draught beer, massaged with our proprietary spice mix to achieve a juicy meat and crispy crackling skin. Served with sauerkraut and potato salad.
Premium Grilled Tenderloin
A generous 300-grams of Australian grass-fed beef grilled to your desired doneness, and served with mushroom sauce, home-made mashed potato, and oven-roasted vegetables. Best enjoyed rare or medium-rare, with a glass of red wine.
