Disappointing to say the least but probably not unexpected when Chef Thomas was busy ushering guests in instead of manning the counter. Seems more of a drinking place rather than a Japanese restaurant that showcases his food/skills but not exactly a izakaya either. Far from the standards of his old days at Kaisan, Tomi or even Hokkaido Sushi at M Hotel in the past. Will gladly give this a miss. 😰

Hot towel was served before and after meal. Set meals were reasonably priced.
