Great food and great service!! But need to park the car at the HDB carpark beside Tiong Bahru Plaza and walk over.. worth the walk thou!!

We had not finished my food and they asked us whether we can settle our bill or not which I think it is quite rude. The reason given to us is that they can clear out dirty plates faster for next customers when we leave and we do not need wait when they are settling our bill. But there was no human queue at all waiting for tables at all.

Have been there a few times, food is good however slightly expensive

The environment is pretty good. However, the pancake is a little disappointing.

place was quite crowded. serving food is fast and staff is attentive.

Food was good but portion was small. Was chased out once we finished dinner as there were other people in the queue. Staff was friendly though. As such, i took away (tarpau) 1 bottle of beer. No free barley/tea expected of Korean restaurant.

I have been here for many times and have always loved their Suyuk and side dishes. We ordered as usual their Suyuk & Budae Jjigae for sharing between 3 person. Their yuzu ice tea is also very nice.

Overall it's a nice place to dine in. Will come again

Authentic Korean food. Friendly service staff. We ordered too many different types of food, probably not good to mix. Wish the staff could give us advice on what dish goes with what. But understand their are very busy.

Food was palatable very homely feel. Foid service was fast. But server was not attentive presume that they the whole day already. Our server was just gojng through the motion do hope he service with a smile more often. Overall not a bad experience.

Service was very prompt, and our favourite thing about the restaurant was the ample serving of a variety of side dishes:) Highly recommend their kimchi jeongol (one pot stew) and buchu jeon (seafood pancake)! The only downside is the lack of free flow water - they charged for bottle water, unlike most Korean restaurants which served iced water for free.

We had ginseng chicken soup. The soup was tasty and flavourful. We loved the side dishes and even went for 2nd round and finished it too. I loved the lotus root side dish

They are friendly and provide good service. Glad that we enjoy it.

Food at Big Mama is always great, although on the pricier side (they even stopped providing the jugs of cold tap water, which most Korean restaurants provide). We highly recommend the seuyuk and beef short ribs - my daughter is a fussy eater but she always loves the food there!
