Service was excellent. Staff are well informed. Food has high standard of quality. Courteous and friendly staff. Very helpful. Great place for families with young kids to dine.

Service not as good as HTL Time limit is 2!hours and we asked for the bill TK Wu. Even thoughwevenalrwady signed for the bill and was getting ready to leave the table, this waitress came forward t rush us that then next group is waiting , can’t she see that we already standing up and ready to leave ? Food wise HTL still better, collagen soup is good, drinks better than HTL

Second time here and still felt standard is there. In fact, better. Food is always fresh and soup base is totally out of the world.

Food quality from One KM outlet has always been consistent. Foods was served slightly slow as I went during the lunch time and need to rush off.

Service was slightly slower than before visits. Overall is still satisfactory, but I hope they can maintain their good service attitude ahead as such is 1 key factor to visit.

The service is fantastic with friendly staff ... though forgetful at times as they were overwhelmed. The reception was not manned when we arrived as the staff was busy (understaffed?) Food was good but can be cheaper.

Whatever is ordered, cannot be cancelled. They will come with the plate to say it already has been prepared. So be sure to order what you want carefully. Food is nice but the bill is mean.

Food was nice however takes quite some times to serve the dishes.

Good service n nice is food. prefer this over other steamboat like hdl. Total price is about $30 per pax if u eat a bit of rice.

Great service Soup was thick and tasty Meat was fresh -fish and beef 2 choice of drinks , once ordered were free flow- sour plum drink and luo han tea

The restaurant served really nice food and the staff provided really excellent service. Will definitely visit the restaurant again soon. The collagen soup was definitely worth a visit.

Restaurant variwty is not as much as centtepoint but they are upgrading for next year feb. Looking forward to it as it will be the same as centreporint

Food is good but seems a bit short handed perhaps due to holiday season. Overall still recommended given the ingredient is fresh and and of good quality

Food standard remains the same but service is zero ... no service at all ... everything also need to request for it, eg soup, clear plates etc ...

service is good but I don't like about this restaurant because they restrict you to finish everything by one and half hour. For steamboat usually we will take more time to finish the food and everyone prefer to slowly eat and cook their food. I find that they really push you to finish by that timing which I don't get this issue when during at Hai di Lao. They don't rush you to finish the meal.

Booking was easy and no waiting needed. Food quality seems not as good as previously. Staff was helpful but manager rush us to make payment as limited time of 90 mins.

Room for improvement of the services provided. Food wise, the soup base is nice, ingredients are fresh, drinks is nice. Just lack of the service standard there during peak period.

Overall is good. Just a bit rushing for time when there is time restriction of 1.5 hours because of the long waiting queue.

It is really delicious. I love the soup. I love the condiments. I love the ambience. They were playing Christmas songs rather than the usual Chinese ones.

food was great as usual, opted for the double soup base but the service at midnight was a little lacking with the unprepared table setting

Yummy, soup base is tasty but too expensive! Portion size is really small And yet don’t have other services that Haidilao threw in. Definitely not good value for money. There are better steamboat at a lower price at other places.

Good service with nice variety of food for you to choose. Great atmosphere and must always remember to book or else have to wait for quite some time

Really loved the collagen soup! Was fantastic. The Hand made fish ball was very good too! The 1hr 30mins limit was just nice for a gathering.

Fresh ingredients and excellent services from the staffs. One of my favourite hotpot places. The $30 lunch voucher given after meal also helps to encourage repeat visits.

The best steamboat I ever had. All the ingredients were very fresh. The soup was suprising thick and nice with a strong aroma. Even my mother who never fancy steamboat loves it

Nice food, great service, the collagen soup is very flavorful and free flow of top up that doesn’t dilute the taste. Will definitely return again

Not bad in general. A lil pricey compared to HDL. Service was not as fast.

Didn’t know there’s no fried garlic in the sauce station (avail in centrepoint outlet). Superior sauce also almost empty. Almost had to tilt the urn to scoop. Sour plum drink extremely sweet. CTR pt outlet ones just nice. Under staffed thou not 100% full at 5pm. Had to order drinks 3 Times until fed up.. then it came.. no singing of birthday song, nothing special as compared to ctr pt br. Too different in standard. Only saving grace was the food n some nice smiley staff.

We've been here numerous times and the experience has always been satisfying. The staff members are courteous and helpful. Quality of food is good, from the broth to the hot pot ingredients. For that, expect to pay more than at your garden variety hot pot restaurants.

Very good attentive service When my lunch mate coughed, a waitress who was nearby served 2 glasses of water, one warm and one cold on her own initiative!

Excellent and prompt service from the staffs. Will be back there very soon and will introduce beauty in a pot to my friends and relatives.
