The restaurants can be Super noisy when there is ppl celebrating the birthday. It is nice gesture but also disturbing the remaining customer who wish to have meal peacefully.

It is always a pleasant visit with excellent service provided. The soup base and fresh ingredients are worth every penny. Beauty in a pot is my only choice for steamboat.

Foods served abit slow. Seems to have lack of staff

One of my favourite steamboat restaurants in Singapore. Staff provide good service and food are served fresh. Must try the collagen soup base and the beancurd skin! Yums!

The service was not good as we kept getting wrong orders, service staff was not quick enough but food was good. I love the sauce provided

Great service and a variety of food options. Love the pink interior. Staffs were very thoughtful and polite, the soup base was delicious. If compared to the centerpoint outlet, i think 1KM's soup base is more flavorful.

Service quite slow even though the restaurant is not packed during lunch. Our food is left at the side with no one to serve the food for a few minutes.

Great food and great service. They have 6 different soup flavours now. Had the usual collagen soup and tomato soup. Looking forward to trying the rest.

Currently its located at level 3 now, and seems like a lot of staffs is new so the standard of service is not as good as compare to before. And there is no more free flow of white rice anymore. However the food standard is still good.

Friendly and helpful staff with good service. Ingredients are fresh with tasty soup bases. Coconut juice as soup base is light and refreshing contrast to its famous cartilage soup.

Good ambience. Bowl of rice was served too late; same for second bowl. Reminders had to be given. Other than this, good service and smiley staff. Aircon too strong for my grandma who seemed to be affected and not really enjoying much.

Expensive and ingredients are normal restaurants standadrd, aren’t particularly fresh or what. Collagen and spicy Soup base is nice. But I will still chocolate hai di lao which is cheaper, fresher and better service

Havent been there in a while. They have shifted one floor up and the decor’s all pink now. Staff are still polite but not as attentive - drink didn’t get refilled promptly and they didn’t clear the soup stuff given that it’s off peak. We had received better service on previous occasions. They have also stopped offering rice at the condiment zone and charge $3+/pax for condiment (don’t recall this previously but please confirm?).

Great food, good service all round. The collagen soup base and coconut soup base were our faves. Will go back again. They offer 20% off after 10.30pm.

I went back to fix my craving for collagen soup a month later. The food and service standard is excellent. 2 of us were able to have several dishes given the option on half portion. I will definitely visit there again!

The soup too salty. Standard of the soup drop after shifting to 3rd floor. Not as nice as before. But the service is as good.

Prompt service . Wordings of condiments was not cl at this very hard to make the sauce . The soup became very diluted after 2 rounds of TOP up.

We were greeted and lead to our table by friendly staff. Good service and had a pleasant lunch. We will be back again some day.
