the service is better in the old venue. we were seated without soup base nor spoons, even with the dishes were all laid on the table. disappointing

Wonderful soup and food. Especially impressed by the dough fritters and beancurd skin. Meat platter was OK, probably should have skipped it as we ended up eating too much. Cost was slightly high (because we ordered too much).

Food is good. The fried bean curd skin and the fish paste is good. The live prawns are very fresh. And they helped to peel the prawns. However, it seems a bit crowded so the service was a bit slow.

Service and food was good! New extension with pink theme was pretty and not overly bright. Will recommend this to others who are looking for a place for gatherings!

Newly renovated with Pink themed with excellent service quality!!! Asked for a change of pot of tea as it has cooled down and was served with hot tea immediately =)

Its good, nice and delicious! And i like the environment, its sweet, pinky and lovely. We will go there again and i will reccomend for friends.

First time here at the level 3, totally different outlook. Food was still as good, just that free flow rice was changed to free flow fruits. Words on the boards for instructions for making their signature sauces were too small, would prefer the older boards they had previously.

Food was good in general but service staff was not very attentive to our area and slow to offer assistance to us. Unsure if it is due to lack of staff that day.

Service level dropped, it may due to not enough staff handling the customer.

Pretty good selection of dishes! Meat quality was good and each slices were of decent sizes! Best thing of all was their fried beancurd! Fast dip into the boiling soup for a couple of seconds, not only does it retains its crispness but at the same time soak up some of the soup essence. It's like crunchy yet bursting with the collagen/ma la soup.

The ambience was good. Place was cooling and clean. The food was yummy n fresh. We particularly like the sauces. Waitressess were polite, helpful. We will visit again.

Food as well as service not as tiptop as it used to be. Surprised some of the balls were precooked. The 4 of us had a rather good meal tbough.

Overall is satisfactory. We had a birthday celebration and the restaurant provided adorable birthday balloons and cupcake to us. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any staff singing birthday songs though... probably they were engaged at that point of time

My friends and I had a great lunch and we enjoyed ourselves. Excellent service. The waitresses paid close attention to our needs. Will definitely go back again.

The RSVP was smooth. However the service at the restaurant was below the expectations. The waitress seems reluctant to assist and we have to wait quite a while after we order.

Great place for hot pot. Selection of food is wide and the soup is good. Service is excellent and food is tasty. Highly recommended for gathering.

Staff was helpful and polite. They educate us on how long to cook our food and when is the right time to it. They also recommended which sauce to go with which dish. Quality of food is good! A bit pricey though.

It's pretty good. Service was good, food was fresh and ambience was good too. They have a long hallway for people to wait outside. Once you are inside, it's an oasis of calm. I would definitely go there again.

Very nice collagen soup and variety. Good amount of quantity to be shared for groups of four. The ambience of the place is really nice too. It is under Paradise group so members will get benefits.

Really love the soup base. Food is very fresh especially the seafood. The sauce mix is also really nice and compliments with the food. Great place for get together with friends or family.

The staff are very polite and friendly. I will always choose beauty in a pot as my favourite hotpot place. Also I prefer the onekm mall outlet as it is less crowded than the centrepoint one.

The collagen soup was great and the service staff was attentive but we found soil in the vegetables. :( it ruined our soup and appetite.

Great experience staff are helpful, even with peeling the prawn shell. Serving speed decent, constantly helping to replenish the soup. Great centre for family gathering.

Great Service; but this only comes from a select handful of service staff. Apart from that, this is a place that peels prawns for me. What more could I ask for?
