About Barracuda Restaurant

Barracuda Restaurant Singapore is one of the hottest Mediterranean restaurants in Tanjong Pagar. There’s a chance you might already be familiar with the Barracuda name as the original Barracuda Restaurant opened on Thailand’s Koh Samui in 2010. Led by chef Ferdinand and his passion for using only the finest ingredients, Barracuda Restaurant went from strength to strength over the years and has now opened on Craig Road in Singapore. Dishes here are as beautiful to look at as they are to taste and range from yellowfin tuna with a sesame crust and roasted pineapple, to an irresistible rack of lamb. Reservations at Barracuda Singapore are essential.

Right on Craig Road, Barracuda Restaurant Singapore is a rustic and chic space that’s one of our favourite places in Tanjong Pagar to sit and enjoy good Mediterranean fare. The original and award-winning Barracuda Restaurant is award-winning, owing to a menu that’s brimming with originality as well as plenty of Asian flare. The food is so well presented that there’s a chance you won’t want to spoil it with your knife and fork, but once you do you’ll be blown away by flavour. Begin your meal at Barracuda Singapore with homemade ravioli or tortellini, some refreshing watermelon gazpacho or, our own favourite, the seared scallops with cauliflower purée, quail egg, a caper & raisin sauce and parmesan.

Your main course at Barracuda is where you’ll see and taste just how the high the quality of produce used here really is. The fillet of sea bass is so fresh it’s practically still swimming and is served with a coriander & carrot pappardelle, baby spinach, parsnip purée and passion fruit sauce. Then, the beef fillet is a dream, accompanied with an indulgent potato terrine and Madeira sauce. For dessert, don’t miss the white chocolate and orange fondant. All of this and plenty more modern Mediterranean fare is what you can expect at Barracuda Singapore in Tanjong Pagar, where it’s wise to head armed with a reservation.

Amazing. The menu is focused and only best ingredients used. The cocktails, mains and the desserts are well selected. Service is very nice, at it is just the right place to come over again and over again.

Great food and service! Highly recommend! The duck is to die for. Used to frequent this restaurant in Koh Samui where they operated for about 8 years. Now that they are in Singapore, quality of food and service level, still as good.
