Like the new renovated restaurant. Food still as good. Will definitely come again.

I love the authentic Thai food such as Pad Thai and papaya salad. Service can be faster but I guess it's a popular place for lunch because of its value for money lunch sets. Overall, a nice place to dine in.

Their pomelo salad is good. Nancy service is fast and friendly.

Tried their pomelo salad and it was not bad. But their thai ice tea is too blend!

The food overall was above average. Some of the serving size are a bit small. The service in general was good, but not attentive as the staff tended to talk among themselves as opposed to walk around

We had a group of 9. Staff were friendly and courteous and served the food rather promptly. Food were reasonably priced and tastes nice. Comfortable restaurant for big group gatherings!

Nice casual atmosphere. Food was tasty but a tad too salty especially the Tom Yum soup. Easy to order and make changes with the tablet

Reasonably priced food with a pretty wide variety of food choices. I appreciate the option of topping up the mains with rice to make it a meal, and to be able to tweak the level of spiciness. However, the taste of the food has definitely been altered to suit a less adventurous palate and most of the food tasted more sweet spicy.

The restaurant seems to be short of manpower. After ordering, waited for more than half an hour before getting my first set of food. The last set (6th) came after 45 mins. Quality of food is satisfactory though.

Food is great as usual, just that som tum was a little over saucy and sweet. But everything else was good like green curry, and grilled chicken!

Very poor service. I had to wait for 10 mins even after reserving my table much in advance. The lemongrass drink that I asked was just a sugary drink with some lemongrass fragrance & it was nothing like they have shown in picture. When asked, the waitress said that they were out of the fruits. No water was not served until asked & neither was table set. Pineapple rice was disaster. Other than that food was good. Green chicken curry was unexpectedly good. Would not recommend this place.

Somehow I feel that the food in the Great World City is better than the other outlets. The staff are a little lost. I wasnt able to use my credit card nor NETS to pay for the bill. In the end, I had to pay using cash.

The menu change and not as per standard that i visit previously.. my reservation select through reedem restaurant list but i unable to reedem my voucher.

Great food, helpful service but need to wait a REALLY long time for food to be prepared and served. Waited for close to 40 mins before food was finally served.

Food is fine, but the services are not commendable. The crews are friendly, but the ordering device is not consumer friendly. In fact, it is a waste of time and resources.

Quite a wait for the food to come. Need to get our own water, service staff needs to pay to more details like shortage of cutlery for the guests

Salad a bit on the salty side, mains were satisfactory and desserts were superb! The service was pretty decent. I would return for the desserts!

Extremely poor customer service, especially by this boyish lady called Levin. Don't know how to listen, orders all wrong!! :=(( Very slow food (and even drinks) preparation.

Food was not bad. Portions a little small and they were short of staff. But the waitress who served us was apologetic and tried her best.

We had an excellent experience. The staff served us very well & made us feel very welcome. The food was just great. We will go back again for sure.

Food is very good, especially the chicken wings, Kai Lan with roasted pork and the minced meat dish. The tapioca dessert and fried bananas are very good too. Friendly staff and good ambience.

Food portions are small and expensive, need a wider choice of Thai dishes, especially Thai curries. Dessert choices are also very limited and portions not sufficient.
