freshest produce from Tekka and Chinatown markets. Expect a mystery market
menu based on the best produce they can find!
Dinner takes place at Audace where both Chef Jérémy and JP will make a trip
down to Tekka Market and Chinatown Market to create 6 innovative dishes
that celebrates spice and chinese dried provisions.
