Vibrant, eclectic and enticing. Three words that perfectly summarise Singapore’s Audace Bar & Restaurant. Located within the quirky Wanderlust Hotel in Rochor, this French haven pushes the boundaries in terms of ingredients and flavour combinations, and has got locals absolutely buzzing. The concept behind Audace is classic bistro fare with a modern contemporary touch, so expect dishes like roasted quail with pumpkin, serpolet and shimeji pickles alongside sauteed squid with squid ink gnocchi, parsley juice, burned bacon oil in a prawn reduction. Serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, tapas, dinner and afternoon tea, this Dickson Road restaurant has truly got something for everyone. As with any hotspot though, booking ahead is essential to avoid disappointment.
Very nice atmosphere, as expected of an establishment within the Wanderlust Hotel. Food was not bad. Went a la carte instead of the Christmas menu as it was a tad pricey.
Very good food! Creative use of ingredients. Good presentation. Attentive service. Only drawback was high cockage fee imposed on byo wines. We will be back.
instagrammable food. good price for its lunch menu but selection is limited (2 options only). Place was empty for lunch which is a pity because the food is quite good.
Affordable, fine, modern cuisine at it's best! Ingredients are fresh and seasonal. Each course is a sight to behold and a surprise on the palate. Definitely worth revisiting!
