The atmosphere was very good! Love the flowers hanging from the ceiling.. the food was good, service was great! Great dinner overall (: recommended to try!

Very responsive and helpful staff. Service is top notch and food is really legit Italian food. Only wish they can do something special esp when I have indicated the occasion is for a birthday celebration.
Great food and excellent service! They made a special vegan pasta for my wife and it was delicious! Yet to try their pizza and seafood stew so will be back for sure!
Atmastel has a nice casual ambience and I particularly liked the high ceiling so it the air circulation is pretty good and I don't smell of food despite the restaurant operating as an open kitchen concept. Service was efficient however when the restaurant become full, the staff gets stretched. My dining partner and I ordered 2 pasta dishes and salad. One of the pasta dish was undercooked and we had to return the dish. We made our request and the wait staff commented, "it is not undercooked, our pasta is cooked al dente." I wish service staff can be trained to ask questions in better way instead of challenging our request. (My friend had to show her a piece of un-chewable pasta.) We stood our ground and asked for the dish to be changed which they did and the dish came back cooked al dente. Other than this incident, the dining experience was pleasant.
Lunched here for the first time with my boyfriend. Ambience was quiet and cozy as we reached the place before 12noon. We ordered the calamari & zuchinni fritters, a San Dianele pizza and a black squid ink seafood pasta for sharing. Love the starter. Battered zuchinni was very tasty, we couldnt get more of it though portion is generous. Pizza was a 8-piece simple but good. We couldnt finished all but ate the toppings instead. My boyfriend thinks the pasta was absolutely delicious. Seafood is very fresh but I would have preferred the pasta texture to be a little more al-dente. Maybe a starter and a main would be just nice for two persons. We were so full even though we ate little for breakfast. A little disappointed that there was no seafood stew on the lunch menu. May go back again to try that.
I had a group dinner here on 24/Apr. Orders were not taken systematically. In a restaurant you always have a way to place order and when it's ready to served you know who ordered what and no need to ask the guests again. We have couple of pizza orders came very late when everyone almost finished eating. And we cant cancel when the staff kept saying it's otw. We were the first group to be in the restaurant before the crowd comes in. So there is really no reason why some of our orders are late. When we do a set-dinner set up, we were told the pizza is good for one but it turned out pretty big and good for two. Our prearranged menu was also sloppily presented on a A4 white paper without the restaurant logo, without detailed explanation of what each orders are. I have to get the person in-charge to redo at least telling my guests what are they expecting. Our starter which is the scallop can tastes grain of salt that I believe touch up at the end where a bit too salty to the palate. Overall, food is average, ambience not bad, service level is a bit disorganized and not F&B professional enough. I will not purposely go back but don't mind to eat there again if I am nearby.
Spent a great evening at Atmastel. was there for my pre birthday dinner. Greeted warmly by chef and waiters who provide good service, really feel a home like dining atmosphere, food was fantastic. and a very good recommendation on the wine, really like the Negroamaro. However the a/c temperature can be improved, especially it is so humid in Singapore. ;-)
My 2nd visit to Atmastel. Though they had a limited menu, food was excellent! Tried the calamari and zuchinni fritters, beef tartare , squid ink seafood tagaolini and pasta with duck. All the food we had was great! Though we thought that if they provided some toast or chips with the beef tartare, it would even be better.
I came to Atmastel recommended by a friend. I would say their starters and pizzas are good. However, I am disappointed in their pastas - I had the squid ink pasta which tasted like an expensive version of mee pok dry and the duck ragu pasta which tasted very average. On the other hand, the calamari was exceptional.
