Friendly and helpful staffs. Love the high tea menu and the wide range of tea selection. Especially love their lychee tea! Good place for gathering with friends/sisters for a afternoon of chit chat session.

Fantastic experience. I highly recommend high tea. It's delicious, very good quality and value for money. It looks as if the quantity is not much but then when you actually eat it, it is quite all right. You can also combine it with other dishes, we tried the fritatta and it was ok.

Food was great and the ambience was great too! Will definitely be back again!

I had dinner there, the restaurant is quiet and food is of reasonable quality with the price, like the fruit tea there, the pineapple tea is refreshing

Went for the signature set for 2. Tea selection was great. Nice bite size savouries and sweets, esp truffle flavoured ones. Place at Mandarin is not big and so tables are more limited. Only negative as a dripping Aircon.

Atmosphere is good, food not bad, staff very attentive, the interior design is good for us to take photos, so we enjoy ourselves very much!

Waiting time was too long. Waited one and a half hour for the food. Complained and staffs was unapologetic. Was bad attitude. Food too ex and so so.

Nice ambience and setting. high tea was alright. Choice of sweets could be better, the savory was not bad. Will return again and recommend to friends.

The ambience was quite nice and the service was good. The seafood soup was rather tasty although the mushrooms overpower the seafood in the soup. The salad was quite strange as it was mainly black rice and pomelo. The ink squid pasta was quite delicious but the cod fish tasted quite normal. The dessert of the day was white chocolate cake and it was really good! I would love to come back for its desserts.

Pleasant experience with clean and bright environment. Definitely will be back again to try out more of the dishes in their menu with new friends.

Place serve awesome tea, but food wise it's pretty average. Ambience is good. Service was great. Have to try their sweet potato fries which was pretty outstanding.

Pretty place, lovely service, i would have liked a bit more of a classic high-tea menu such as classic scones and sandwiches. a choice of items for the high-tea would have been great too.

Excellent atmosphere. Hotels refill the high tea stash, but this place did not which is a shame. I would come back again if they did, else not much bang for the buck here.

Was there for my Anniversary with my hubby. The food taste average & not much variety. Their standard has dropped But they have wide choice of tea.

found the prawn pasta a lil tepid. was not impressed. but the amimbience was nice. a suitable place for girls to catch up. tea was nice

I liked very much how the Signature teasery set was presented and the teas were really of high quality. I will definitely come again although at a much later time slot as the afternoon sun was just not comfortable when you are seated in the window area, I enjoyed the whole experience and will recommend to friends.

Had a fantastic dining experience in Arteastiq. The ambience is great. Quiet and romantic. The food looks delightful and pretty. Love everything we ordered - lobsters, cod fish, foei gras, chocolate soil, mango strudel and the ice lychee tea too!

I still love the place. However I was a bit disappointed with the range of flora teas yesterday. The sweet tea I wanted is not available hot. I still enjoy the atmosphere.

The overall feel of the restaurant is great with the interior design to the presentation of the drinks! Classy and artistic ! However, the attitude of the staff should be improved on.

Very warm, was given a table next to the windows. Restaurant gave up my table despite my confirmation. Disappointing experience. Not sure if I would visit this place again.

Came here for the tea set. Food wise, the tea selection and quality were good. The canape was value for money. Ambience wise, the place is quiet and comfortable.

Unfortunately one of the servers was pretty rude even though there was an error in the bill. Also You are obliged to order their bottled water at $5 or other drinks with your meal because they refused to serve tap water. Better have more budget if you're very thirsty ! Otherwise a lovely place for gathering.
