The lady who brought us to the table does not allow us to dine at the table near the window as she mentioned that we adjusted the number of guests from 3 to 2 paxs. There were no people dining at the tables near the window (the restaurant was quite empty) and cannot understand why we could not request to sit there. The reason that lady gave was that: the restaurant only provided that table if we were dining in 3s or 4s. I think it was quite flexible due to the restaurant was not crowded and it was after lunch time

Food was delicious! Pasta was al dente and all orders were seasoned perfectly. Teas were refreshingly good! Presentation of food and drinks were wonderfully put together. Will definitely come back!

My friends and I were looking forward to spend a nice and leisurely and comfortable afternoon. However, we were seated near the window and were caught uncomfortably from the afternoon blazing sun. In fact, all the diners who were sitting near the window were all affected. It was very hot and warm and uncomfortable to have the afternoon tea in such a setting. It would be good and appropriate gesture that Arteasiq provides shades for the diners. it was definitely an unpleasant setting for the 3 of us as we couldn't wait to finish our food and drink and get out of the place.

Good overall, just need to wait for the foods. Yeah

Quiet and cosy restaurant that serve quality food and drinks although the price is on higher side. Their Lychee tea is a must try on menu! I love their dessert tea - Lady Yang, an iced Lychee tea with Lychee gelato, it is refreshing especially in Singapore weather.

Excellent service and ambience as always! Great food esp the cheese tofu n the sweet potato fries! Love the French toast brioche with the ice cream too. Oysters were average.

Waitresses seemed inattentive as to reservation made. Hard to get their attention after seated. Food was all-right.... Signature high tea not worth the price/any rave, taste was no good, IMO. Salted egg prawn pasta was too dry!! But dry laksa with sambal seabass pasta was unique, very Singaporean style despite the fusion.

I love the food and the ambiance but service needs to improve a lot more.The waiter accidentally (hope so) dashing my back but didn’t even bother to stop for even a sorry.I was definitely shocked. The lady who made us sit down wasn’t polite either. So lots of scope to improve the basic service etiquettes

Requested for a candle. Meant for a birthday surpise but was not fulfilled even though i reminded them the day before. Staff called to confirm and told me high tea only starts at 1:30pm so i change my appt time from 1130am to 1:30pm. Ended up the menu wrote high tea starts at 1pm. Seriously. Nonetheless food was great! thou wrong pairing of biscuits with the tea ordered.

Food is delicious! Had the high tea menu! The high tea timing on the menu is not the same as what the waiteress has told me & my friend. Overall good experience!
