The ambience is very good. Great place to chill out with friends. The food is delicious and I love their signature, Ice Lychee tea! :)

The staff who arranged for my reservation was unfriendly and completely uninterested in what I was asking. A manager had to come in to help.

I have visited Arteastiq a couple of times, the last being yesterday. My friends and sisters like the setting and the food. However, I did not understand why they couldn't refill the ginseng tea (my sister and I ordered) with some hot water. Nevertheless, they helped us to reheat the pot of tea again which was great. So no complaint here. Another point is that Arteastiq seems to be understaffed and took us sometime to place the order. However, the service staff was friendly and if you do go there, there is a box which you can open to ring for service.

The atmosphere is good and comfy. the dessert and tea was great. It is highly recommended to go. Will definitely go back again for desert.

the staff is friendly and helpful. they help to arrange a special cake for my wife. really happy to be there and will definitely be there again.

The food in the restaurants are nice just that the price are rather on the high side . The seafood high tea worth trying too..

Great place for tea and catch up with friends! I personally like the French rose tea which is a perfect non-caffeinated option. Also highly recommend their mushroom soup (only if it is available as soup of the day) and the farmer breakfast.

I love the unique teas matching with the hi-tea seafood set! Good service as well and would love to go there again. The gelato is amazing too!

I had the Salmon Wellington and Dried Laksa with Sambal fish. Both main course were surprisingly nice! Ambiance is nice too, not very crowded on a Friday night. I will definitely go back again.

It was our first time trying their afternoon tea set at Arteastiq. We ordered the one for 2 pax. We personally find that the set was too sweet to our liking. And the food was very small size for us ... We wish we could be able to choose the variety of the set between sweet and savoury ... Hope to see Arteastiq improve and we would love to come back.

Nice ambience, great place to gather with loved ones. Food is great and service is good. Definitely will return with frens to try other food

great place to chill out n catch up with friends. food not too bad. ordered a squid ink pasta which was nice, n a waffle with fried chicken that was cold and chewy n fried chicken were not crispy either. great selection of drinks (cofee & tea) not sure about the wine list thou(since we were not ordering). Overall great place to be with friends or just some me time.

The place is very cozy and comfortable. On top of that, it also have a nice ambience, the place is decorated with green leaves, hence it makes people feels relaxing.

Nice ambience, good for catching up with friends and the staff there are friendly. The service is fast, considering the crowd during that period of time.

They have an exceptional range of drinks, I especially like the chai latte and lycee ice tea. Good place to catch up with friends as well.

Ambience was nice but waitress got my friend’s order wrongly. Out of 5 pax, 2 pax food was not provided with napkins! My waffles wasnt hot and aint crispy :(

The setting and food was nice. But it wasn't how I was expecting...sorry... Definetely 'service' can be improve. I hope I can come back again.

The high tea was good and especially peaceful for a weekday afternoon. Enjoyed the session with my bunch of friends and will recommend it to others!

Had the seafood hi tea set! Super yummy with different variety of seafood spread like baked oyster and lobster. Pastries abit too sweet though. Red date oolong tea was fantastic!

Great ambience for high tea and the food was good. We managed to seat near the window with a nice view and good service too.

Ambience of the restaurant was good. Food was unique, it was very localised. A little flaw would be that the servers were too busy but overall, we were well taken care of. I would recommend to visit the Art Jam Studio beside. It was a very fun experience to paint on the spot.

Service could be better. Fantastic ambience! Nice dinding cuttleries though the fork and spoon are heavy and make my fingers ache. Should serve ice water.

Lychee tea is fantastic. I had ordered squid ink spaghetti and it was nice. As 3 menus which I had wanted to order are not available due to defective oven therefore I was quite disappointed. The experience could be much better if not for the disappointment.

All was good except the oven was down when we went. Pasta slightly bland but tea was amazing and so was the soup

Good Food, Nicely design and layout. The lychee Tea is superb n the environment is Cosy. A good place for relaxation for high tea experience. Strongly recommended.

Good & relaxing ambience and good food, go for the lychee tea and happy hour drinks. Service staff is attentive. Have not tried the painting session but will definitely do so.

The seafood high tea set was really good! Desserts were a little disappointing, couldnt figure out the taste if what it's suppised to be. Service staff wasnt attentive enough towards guests.

Slow service...maybe cos it was a sunday, but still quite unacceptable, as there was too much wait time bet courses. Lobster was over-cooked and tasted rubbery. Only saving grace was that the tea was good.

Service was so so that day. Quite difficult to get the staff’s attention when In need to order our food.

At no where did it stated that the reservation was for the high tea buffet. We were shocked that the staff called us and said that if we are not having it, we will be on the waiting list. She said that she sent a SMS to me telling that but we did not receive. The tone that she was using was like we owe her something. It was a bad bad experience.
