Chef's Choice

The reigning crowd favorite dish encompassing simplicity and elegance. Chef Raymond’s interpretation of the perfect Egg’s Benedict:

Norwegian Salmon Fillet, Corn & Tomato Compote, Shaved Fennel in Lemon Dressing, Parsley Coulis, Bechamel Sauce

Slow-braised for 24 hours, the beef cheeks are absolutely tender and succulent: Beef Cheeks, Creamy Mashed Potato, Root Vegetables, Toasted Baguette

The food is great. Had the stewed beef cheeks and laksa pasta. The ambience is great too and surprisingly quiet on a Friday evening. My friends and I had an enjoyable time there.

It was a Saturday night and surprisingly quiet. Must have been the rain. I like A.R.C and think they serve pretty good food most of the time. The beef cheeks, Ruru Mian, and laksa pasta are hits. Ray's Ben was a miss for me. The salmon was slightly overcooked, though I do appreciate the really crispy and well-rendered skin. Worth a visit!

it was a great place to hang out with friends. Good food and ambience. The live band was good wish that there were more fans. The outdoor was great as the ambience were subtle.

I liked the coffee, the service and the ambiance of the place. Things that could be improved are: +) the eggs benedict could have more sauce (there was hardly any) and cooked better (without water in the egg white) +) generally the food could be better seasoned

Perfect brunch and coffee!! We love food and beverage here. Food and beverage looks pricy but Actually serve in big portion. Most important it is not required service charge and tax.

There are limited seats in the cafe but it seems there is a second level. The food was palatable. Had beef cheeks which was a tad salty and smorgasbord which was good. Loved the coffee there.

Food was quick and was very well presented. The staff was polite and quick to clear the tables when we were done. Downside is the coffee seemed a bit weak, but the mocha was nice.
