Opened at the tail end of 2014 to much acclaim, aPompei is an Italian restaurant with a serious seafood slant. Aside from excellent homemade pasta, including some exquisitely made filled paste and fine classically prepared meat, it is seafood that’s really the star of the show here. On Sixth Avenue, in Singapore’s Bukit Timah, Italian food is given the all-star treatment at aPompei, with classic ingredients and fine service.
