Options quite limited and some are not available. Ingredients quite fresh though. Free flow ingredients but need to pay separately for the soup base. Quite pricey though. Service is really good..

Food quality for the meat and vegetables is very good, and the environment is nice. However, soups could have been more flavourful (boiled longer? Don’t use msg) and selection of food could be wider. That said, nice quiet place to have dinner in town.

Great variety of food. However, the mala soup base is too plain without any taste... beside the numb and spicy... should improve on that. Generally soup base should be thicker in order to catch the heart of customers.

Nice buffet style steamboat along the stretch of shophouses. Liked the ice cream selection after the steamboat that helped to cool us down. Reasonably priced but still prefer the quality of meat served elsewhere.

It’s a nice place , authenthic mala taste but very very spicy and numb not everyone can take it I think, the soup is delicious and the meat too

Good value for money, not great on location wise. A lot of choices on food selections. Would be great if drinks are part of the buffet cost.

Affordable steamboat buffet in a comfortable setting. Great selection of meats, seafood and vegetables and a good way to end the meal with a good spread of ice cream choices.

Great service & great ice-cream! The buffet comes with free flow ice cream & I was genuinely impressed that it was of a waffle/gelato standard. That aside, the variety & quality of the steamboat items were really good as well! Would definitely want to come back.

the food was really good, fresh and environment was clean. There were quite a lot of sauces, and the ice cream flavours were pretty interesting.

We had the steamboat buffet at 55 Steamboat and will not recommend my friend to go if they are looking for variety of foods. Limited options on the buffet items and we are very thirsty after dinner... might be from the msg added in the soup base.

They had a wide selection of meats and seafood and my friends and I were very satisfied :) We went there really early so some of the meats e.g. chicken had not defrosted completely when served, but the fish and beef were great!

Soup bases were great, but the selection of meat, vegetable, noodles and seafood were lacking. Would be great to have some udon. However, I do like the variety of beer and drinks there.

Staffs were so kind and the food was fresh, other service factors such as charging point was vry nice to use! I strongly recommend here :)

Enjoyed our dining experience over this trendy steamboat place. All you can eat at per person $29+. Beers are cheap over here too. Would come back again!
