Friendly staffs, conducive environment. . . . . . .

Staff dod not inform us that there is time limit of 2hr for buffet. He get our order and did not serve it to us. He gestured to us that time is up rather than he told us that time is up. It is too rude. Unpleasant visit. I will mot visot again

Food was nice and great for value. Just that recently they change the seating so we were feeling like sharing seats with others. Cos 2 pax was very near ya. We were 3 pax btw

The restaurant was providing a Very fast service and friendly staff.

Made a reservation at 7pm but have to wait till 7.20pm then there’s seat. The rest who came in without reservation have to wait till 8.30pm to get seats. Better to make reservation before heading down!

Booked for 8pm, but only allow to enter at 10:15pm.

Bad place. Service extremely slow. Portion extremely small per serving. Had to wait multiple times with no food to eat. What a buffet!

Service was reaaaally slow (we were seated on the second level) and it seemed like the kitchen was running low on supplies..? Our very first order wasn’t even served complete. Waited an hour for mantou and vege items which was rlly ridiculous cos in the meantime only meat was served. Filled our stomachs with the free flow drinks instead. That said, they do have pretty good mala soup base. Prolly would’ve been a better experience if we sat at the first floor. But considering the price, I’d say it’s quite worth the buck if you don’t mind the long wait.

It's a great place for gatherings and love the variety of soup they have. The tomato soup was very nice.The food was fresh and the buffet had alot of items similar to hai di lao, but at a much more affordable price. 2hrs time limit for dining which is reasonable. Will definitely recommend to my friends to go there to eat.

first time here as it is new so the queue takes awhile so always make a reservation first! the place is not very big but the food is nice and the staff are friendly

place is not very big and it gets crowded as it is new so waiting time, even with booking is still awhile. food spread is not too bad and the staff are quick to attend to you

The ingredients used in the steamboat is very delicious and fresh, especially the prawns. The tomato soup is a must try due to its elegant and fragrance.

Highly recommend the place if you want cheap and good hot pot. You can eat all you can!
