Pretty good! Told the staff there we reserved a table and was quickly ushered in.

we arrived as scheduled time but service staff is not so friendly, when keep the plates and bowls was showing sulky expression

Good service, food was nice, from our table we had a good view if Paterson, Scotts and Orchard Road

Hidden on level 4 of Isetan Lido, one can get seats farely easy anytime. Food was to their usual standard and service was quick and affable, not much out of the ordinary.

We got a window seat and the staff are very attentive and responsive to us. Food is fantastic as my last visit a year ago. Food remains delicious as usual.

It was a last min decision and thru this app, it makes the reservation so much more convenient and hassle free . The food and service are good

We had a variety of items on our table and all were excellent especially the fatty katsu. the breaded shrimp is excellent too but the icy cold beer is a must try!

Excellent food as usual, the cheese and curry were very satisfying. Acceptable waiting time. Miso soup should be refillable however. Would also appreciate more dessert options.

Good service. Arrive early and we are given a table. Enjoy the delicious meal. Free flow of cabbage salad and rice. Staff service very good.

Overall still fine. However, the service staffs needs to be a bit more attentive to orders accuracy. My 4th dining and each trip has some interesting bo bo.

We have been visiting this branch since I was in my teens. Their rosu katsu toji set never fails to disappoint, definitely our go-to place for toji dishes!

Great experience with fast service from the restaurant. First time dining there and will definitely go back again. Food was great and will recommend for people who have not tried it before.

The staff were friendly and service was quite fast. The mince katsu on offer is not so nice as I find the meat quite tough.

Nice ambiance, food quality is good. More options on the menu compared to the Ngee Ann City's branch. Would be great if the staff could get some diners to pipe down when their laughter and voice filled up the whole restaurant.

Had the mince pork set which didn’t t taste that great. Was a bit disappointed though it was very value for money. Ambience was good.

Enjoy the dinner celebration of few family members' birthday in the month of October. Food is nice as usual. Maybe was kind of under staffing for a Monday.

This place is an easy choice for consistently good tonkatsu and Japanese curry. Very conveniently located and a great place to grab a pre- or post-movie meal.

Service was fast. Food taste so good, best Tonkichi place! Quality of the oysters and prawns were succulent and well fried. So satisfying, you won’t be disappointed...!

the food never fails except, serving associate forgotten about the sesame seeds for the tonkatsu. this was the only let down.

The waiter forgot to key our orders. The place wasnt isnt crowded. So I m surprise with the standard of service. So kind of disappointed

Food was very good, ebi and katsu was not oily at all. Very fresh. Staff attentive and refills yr tea fast. Overall pleasant dining experience.

Soft shell crabs not crispy, the fried wolf shell crabs is soggy. The Japanese rice not fluffing as a bit under cooked. Overall services is acceptable though a bit delayed attentive.

A lot of food items are not available in terms of sushi and sashimi and they are not generous with providing items like wasabi, overall dinning experience is just average

Had not returned to this location for many years, was surprised to find it on app and made the booking. Great to see even tho management has changed, my all-time fav Oyster & Hire Katsu still taste soo good. A family friendly restaurant, just remember to book to skip the queue!!!

Food is good but the order taking attitude by the female staff wasn’t friendly. However other service staff serving the food in the restaurant are nice.

Tonkichi - Isetan Scotts. Very good service. Both waiter and waitress attended to our needs regularly. From topping up cabbage to water filling. Will go back again.

Good quality food at generous portions. Staff count was lean so service was a little slower but the waiters/ waitresses were very friendly so it was a good experience. If undecided, just go for the tonkatsu! Soba was very nice too

Food was good in quality. Staff was also friendly and helpful and knowledgeable in the menu items. Also conveniently located within isetan so no problems with shopping

Excellent experience. Food was awesome and service was great. Everyone in the restaurant was proactive and courteous. A great dining outing for my family, will repeat.
