Whilst the restaurant was clearly understaffed, the staff were nonetheless quite attentive. I just wonder how sustainable this is. Otherwise we had a great experience. Perhaps one point to consider is whether you can spread out the dishes so that they don’t all come at the same time. All the dishes were cold quite quickly.

Manager was attentive even though restaurant was crowded. The sea bass served tasted “too muddy” for our liking and informed the manager about it. He was swift in responding that he would cancel that dish for us and not charge us for it. Roasted meat “shio ba” was tender, juicy with the skin retaining its awesome crunch. Quality of food is consistently good over the years we have been patronising.

I was here for a second time - first time at dinner. Peking duck was good, and the food never disappoints. However, we were served a pot of pu er tea with a big fly inside. That was the only boo boo.
