Food was bad, baked rice and lasagna not served hot, order was forgotten, drinks were made from syrup and service is poor. Not a very pleasant visit

We enjoy playing strategy games and there is a great variety available. You may have to learn the rules by yourself because the staff may not know all the games.

Overall the customer service was great – friendly and approachable. Experience was great. Totally enjoyed myself! Wide range of games though didn't get to play the one i want, "SETS" but still staff gave similar alternatives. Thank you!

Reached the Minds Cafe on time but had a delay waiting for the tables to be open despite booking. Otherwise, the customer service was excellent, helpful and friendly staff.

The food was not up to standard and most of us did not even finish our meal. The free flow drinks were all very diluted as well. We would revisit just for theiir selection of games but no more eating there.

Great experience ! Will totally recommend friends to head over for a good hang out. It is relatively affordable as well. Thumbs up! Will visit again.

I've been there a few times to but it was my first time ordering food like lasagne and tiramisu. But the food was much better that I expected, although it was a little pricy. Good experience!

Mind Café is a great place for friends to hang out and relax and play board games and card games. There are many fun games available and the staff members are very helpful and will not hesitate to explain the rules/help us if we need it. Overall was a great experience.

Service was good. But food quality needs improvement. We had baked rice, spaghetti & some sides. Isn't my first time at mind cafe, prinsep. Interior of cafe could be more well maintained. There was some renovation going on next door when at 7-8pm!

Nice place to gather with family and friends but it's alittle overpriced. Overall was fine and the ambience was good and it opens 24 hours.

Great place however it was quite small. As we had 4 people and was given only table so if we were to eat and play at the same time is kind of hard. In term of service, there are rooms for improvement. It would be better if the staff are more attentive when we are requesting for foods and drinks. Will visit again but would avoid peak period.

Service was good, price reasonable. Wide selection of games, but the cafe could be fairly noisy at times, if others around were playing boisterous games. Plenty of choices, snack-wise.

Generally good service. Staff are able to explain most games in detail. Food is good but would prefer the portion to be larger..: hence on the costly side. The drinks soft drinks need to have more variety.

I think the Mind Cafe is a great place to hang out. It offers decent food while also allowing us to play a wide variety of games, many of which can't even be found in stores anymore. It's a great way to socialise

The food was good and came quite quickly. However when I asked for a refill of the free flow of drinks, it took a very long time to come. Overall, thr environment and the service was decent.

It was a good experience at the cafe, even though we ran out of time to play any games in the end, I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere there.

Fantastic ambience and services. Staff can be short handed on weekendes to teach you how to play the games. Food are generally cheap and filling

Overall, the food, games and customer service was good. The staffs were polite. There could be more sofas to create a more cosy environment to sit in.

We came there at 8.00 pm after dinner. They have quite a lot of fun and interesting games. The guys there are also very polite to explain to us games that we do not know how to play. Recommended.

Had a fun time with my bunch of fun-loving friends. Only downside was the long waiting time to queue for the toilet cubical which is kept quite reasonably clean.

I was there on a Thursday at 6.15pm and most of the customers was about to leave. It was good timing as it is less crowded and the staff can attend to us. We asked the staff for recommendation for games that is for 2 persons, she bring along the game and patiently explain to us how to play the game and watched us play for a start. Overall was satisfy with The Mind Cafe

Helpful staff and quality of food is good! Pleasant environment and great selection of games, staff was helpful to explore new types of games as well.

Waiting time for the waitress to serve us was a little bit long. Feel that the staff should take the initiative to approach us and intro some of the games instead of just standing there.

It will be great if the food could be halal. More Muslims would come. But overall it has been a great experience. But we notice that some of the games have missing cards. It was rather difficult to play.

Good service, the staffs are very friendly to help explain new games to all of us. It's just abit pricey with service charge and gst.
