Delicious Hainanese pork chop with rice and fried fish with soya sauce followed by tiramisu with ice cream. Minimal waiting time to get seated. Attentive service staff.

Good quality service. Helpful in exchanging the unopen red wine to white wine after we decided to choose the white wine that is slightly sweet.

Last year, I thought I booked two seats for my lunch but I was so disappointed that my wife and I could only be seated at the Bar. This year, I booked through online (Quandoo). The difference this time is that I received the confirmation of online booking through email. When I appeared today at The Bristo, presto, my booking was confirmed. I had a good lunch with my wife. The food was good. The service was equally good. I had a good experience today because everything went according to plan.

My guests & I had a really enjoyable time. The service & the ambience was very good.

Air con wasn’t working, but the staff were excellent in going over and beyond. Helped to ask the kitchen to make the porridge for my baby even though it wasn’t on the menu. Appreciated!!

Ushered into a round table for 7 diners. Menu selection was fusion, Chinese and Western with the set meals a good value. The serving for local dishes (eg laksa, fish noodle) is sufficient though the serving size of Chinese dishes was abit lacking. Overall good value for the food. Wine and beers are very reasonable for downtown location of the restaurant and this is expected for a member-club.

I took my colleague from Taiwan to the Bistro for a simple lunch. It was 1 week before Chinese New Year. We saw the next table was enjoying CNY Yu Shang. So I asked the waitress if we also could order one to show my Taiwan Colleague how Singaporeans celebrate CNY. The waitress quickly served us with skill smiles. My Taiwan colleague said it was a most delightful lunch before she flied back to Taiwan the next day. Thanks to the caring and efficient staff team !

the steak arrived warm. We asked for it to be reheated. I asked for my steak meat done rare but when it was served it didn't have 'blood' oozing which felt strange.

Reservation was easy. The restaurant ambience is nice. The people serving are all very cheerful and helpful. Food was yummy ... all my friends enjoyed. Will definitely return.

The alacarte menu choices of Asian food is limited. Service is slow may be is understaffed. However overall the experience is good and my family enjoyed the evening.

Good experience as usual. Requested for and got the table by the window. This time they didn't ask if we were ready for the mains before bringing them out; IIRC they usually do.

We had a wonderful dining experience last evening - we had a window seat with good view, the ambience is superb and the services is professional. Best of all - the yummy food!

The waitresses were warm and professional. Food quality is also good and prices are reasonable. Ambience was also good. Visited it again about a week later and the service quality remained as good

It was really bad. Supposed to be my bday lunch and the chicken confit ordered was dry, and sauce was awful tasting like indian sauce when it was supposed to be pear sauce. Tastes worse than airplane food. Spoilt my lunch. Feedback to chef and chef didn’t offer to redo saying it’s like that. Only offered salad by which time appetite already lost. And still had to pay for it.
