nice hotpot, and nice service. The food is fresh, and various types of choice. Price is not high, we got pay 3, 1 free promotion.

The food quality is so so, but the service is acceptable. Fruit replenish is slow. I think friend gathering is alright but you are going to host your customer. It may be disappointed.

Number of choices for dishes was alright .. Service staff was friendly, speed of serving was not bad, overall experience was alright, will go again.

Cosy famiky friendly restaurant. Soup base is tasty. Meats are fresh. Very prompt service, always helping to clear dishes and standby for help. Will go there again with family.

The hotpot base is as good quality as usual. The Tanyoto inhouse source seems have changed and i like the old one better. Service is pleasant and friendly.

Online Reservation was handled promptly & fuss free. Ingredients were fresh & tasty, soup base is more natural then msg base. I would rate service 7/10 on the whole. our first submitted was "lost" (kitchen never received it???).... after waiting for 20 mins with no food arriving while other tables were promptly served food, we asked to check on our order & after some time we were then told there were no orders received! Just imagine if we didn't ask & neither the service staff bothered to note on our table. We were even seated next to the service counter....

Food quality was excellent, really fresh stuff, esp the seafood. Service was alright but waiting time for food to be served after order had been made could have been shortened.

Fish was very fresh. Soup base is expensive but worth it. But it's actually more exp than Hai Di Lao, I expected it to provide better service. The waitress never smiles.

nice and easy to locate. Customer service is good food is yummy but the sauces are required to pay for individual at $3++ hence might want to waive off this

Overpriced ++ The steamboat items does not live up to its price. The supposedly tender dumplings with shrimp was particularly hard. Very disappointed that fish head items were sold out when we are there

food portion was quite a lot for the "half portion' option. We didn't know that the sauces were chargeable until the bill came. It was different for hai di lao, they would inform you all the necessary charges before you start ordering. quality & freshness of the ingredients are pretty good. But service wise, there's some room for improvement​.
