This is the place I will always visit as the food is nice and fresh.. Prompt, Attentive and good services provided... 2nd floor has rooms too...

This was a repeat visit and generally, the standards remain quite consistent. The prawns and the Sichuan dumplings were particularly tasty. The fish head remains a must-order for those who enjoyed getting their hands dirty. The spicy soup base was a little oily today.

Quality ingredient steamboat but pricey. Service, ambient was good. Will visit again when there is a promotion again. For two pax after promotion was 60+++.

The food is fresh and there are good choices of delicious soup bases. Service staff are friendly and helpful. But the price a bit stiff.

Many types of soup base, Wide variety of dishes and sauces. Conveniently located st front entrance of Liang Court. Ambience very calm and air con is strong.

Food is good but the ala carte is a bit pricey, the buffet is still the go-to option for this place. Will return in the future but not for the ala carte.

Not bad at all, place was clean and spacious. Food was also fresh and service was still Ok. Only thing is the restroom Needs to be clean more often.

Had buffet and the food is fresh! Though service can be slow, due to shortage of manpower and volume of diners, the service staff did make effort to do their best and meeting our request. Thumbs up!

It's my favourite place to go during weekend.. no waiting time if compare to haidilao n the food is fresh and good! Try the fish head as well!

the food is too salty and the sauces are odd, especially the sesame sauce (its bitter) but if youre looking for huge quantity of food, this is where you can go!

The steam boat soup is delicious. The home made meat ball is excellent. This is one of the reason why we choose Tanyoto. The meat is good too.

Nice place. Pricing a bit over the high side. Good for occasion gathering with friends. The smell of steamboat however does stick to you after that.

With the booking on Quandoo, our group of 3 was placed in a VIP room on the second level of the restaurant which was nice and cosy. The door to the room is always open. Our group felt the room was a little small. The staff could be more helpful though with ordering of cooked dishes and ingredients for steamboat via the iPad for example, especially since it was our first visit to Tanyoto. Generally the steamboat dinner was pleasant and food was priced just right.

Foods were fresh, our group love the soup bases of tom yum and fish soup, friendly staff, will definitely re-visit again. Overall experience was good.

The soup were excellent and the ingredients were mostly fresh. Both the pork and chicken were sliced just right but the beef was a little thick making it less tasty, The fish head (limited to one per table) was superbly succulent full of meat. The dumplings and crispy beancurd skin is highly recommended.

Food was good and fresh will definitely be back again. Staff were helpful and e tomato soup base was awesome. Self service kiosk for Chilli and sauces were adequate too.

they have a lot of menu and on adequate size. everything was very good and we ate all we ordered. much better if they have a glass of wine.

We went with family members all together. It was Nice and Tasty restaurant , and not that crowd, I will visit again soon with families.

good service and the foods are fresh. Sunday from 12.30pm to 2.30pm for buffet, actually not until 4.30pm. the dining hours is 2 hours for buffet.

The environment is good, waiter and waitress very very friendly but only the time to get the dishes ready was a bit long. But understand they are having a busy time also.

Good location, fresh food and nice fast in serving the food and drinks. Food spread is quite food as it serve a variety but vegetables choices are quite limited. I wil probably go again with family and friends.

Went on a weekday lunch so restaurant was not crowded. Overall food was alright, we exceptionally like the fried garlic at the sauce station. Prawns were not very fresh tho..

Main thing holding the restaurant back from a higher score was the distinct feeling that I wasn't getting great bang for my buck. Otherwise, soups were tasty and ingredients fresh.

Ha ven't been back in a year, but glad to see that my old favourites are still there. They're using tablets for ordering now, so that's good too.

Very good. A bit pricy though! Will definitely come back again. Recomended dishes are: Prawn paste, fish slice, home made barley water and plum juice.

Ingredients were fresh and the soup base was tasty although a bit salty for me. Service was quite attentive although the airconditioning was blasting (can't be helped I guess as the steam from the hotpot heated up the room quickly). Overall, I had a lovely time with my friend.

It's been a while that I have visited Tanyoto and the food they serve is still fresh and delicious. Service is fantastic too. Will definitely visit Tanyoto again soon!

Visited during non peak hour, Service staff were attentive, took the groupon buffet, food variety could be improved and the quality of the beef could be better.

Good service and the food quality is excellent. Staff are quite courteous and prompt in clearing used/emptied plates. There is a wide variety of sauces that allows individual mixing preferences. Dessert is refreshing too.

The Service can be much better seriously. Their Staffs are Not really attentive enough. Have to try very hard to get their attention. Food is not bad though. Except for the mala soup cause there are too many seeds that we keep accidentally bite on!

The ala carte Sichuan specialty dishes hit the spot. Spicy fish, spicy prawns and mabo Beancurd, we're all delicious and well done. We finished every bit of it! Thank you.

There was a miscommunication prior to the booking as I thought dinner steamboat buffet was offered throughout the night and the person I spoke with did not indicate the timing for the dinner steamboat buffet. It was not until my arrival on the day that I then realized that dinner buffet is only provided after 9:30pm. So I left without dining. (I've eaten there once so my review is based on my previous visit)

The service was stellar. I love the food. So fresh and so good value. It's no wonder it's always fully booked till closing. My favourite spot.

They used to have very good service but Not much service from them today.. However, the food are still good and we enjoyed our lunch.

Service was minimal because they were busy. We ordered Mala hotpot also Carter. Food ordered did not completely arrived as expected. They were concerned with the closing of account early for the day.

Soup stock was not as tasty as before but it's still ok.. Service, etc were still as good as always.. Will come back again but not so frequently

Fresh seafood and helpful staff. Mala soup base gave the flavor without being too oily and overpowering. Could not understand the concept of the ipad when you still required staff to attend to your orders.

Ordered the mala and herbal chicken soup base. Quality of food was very good. Seafood very fresh . Variety of sauces was amazing. Very comfortable seating . Excellent service.

Their sichuan soup base for hotpot is one of the best ones I've tried - nicely balanced. It's not particularly spicy so if you like it very spicy maybe not for you.

Easy to book with quandoo. Staff were overly friendly and helpful although we bought the deal from Groupon! Seafood were all very fresh and good selection! Love it!!!

For a hotpot dinner, the food slection is wide and the meat are real fresh and of good quality. The only disappointing ones are the balls (ie meatballs, cuttlefish balls,etc)

Sometimes the service isn't good but overall, it's an enjoyable meal. Would go back again because the pricing is very reasonable for a buffet spread as such.
