Not bad and food serving also fast too. Staff there are friendly as well. In fact not my first time there. Will go there again.

Great restaurant but food spread is limited. Time to eat is also too little, wish that they can extend the time allowed to eat the buffet

Not much variety of the food.... but with this price (after all the ++, price for per person is around $20 for lunch), cannot expect much

Service is good thou with reservation made I still need to queue for my turn. Staff are friendly and the serving are fast too but one setback is that the variety of food is not as wide range as in Plaza Singapura branch.

There were a large variety of food available, and recommended instructions on how to prepare the food. Service was good but can be improved. :)

Little variety of foods to choose from. But overall nice foods, pple and service thr. It would be better if they can allow us to eat more than 90 mins.

Enjoyed the free flow of food over here, only thing that can and should be improved is the overall selection of food. Service was great; dropped an egg by accident, and the manager cleaned it up without a single complaint. Thanks for a great time!

Overall experience was rather positive , however I do reckoned that if the service staff could be more approachable and to portray a smile , I believe that it would be much alluring.

We had placed a reservation and was pleasantly surprise they had prepared the table including the soup before they brought us to the table. This was great which means we could almost start immediately.

Variety for the side dish not much choices compare to other branches. And time limit for this kind of hotpot dinner is not enough time.

They should have cut chili padi and soy sauce in the sauce section. Chili padi is very important in Asia. Please keep up the good work yooooo!

everything is good,service is good and the food is nice. i love the soup base there. The staff works hard and serve us quick and we love it!

there is not much variety of food to choose from. not value for money unless you are a meat eater that does not mind the quality of meat

Food was great. But wasnt given a more spacious space when there is available. And staff kept chasing us away when we havent finish our food. I mean, ya, our time could be up, but we had to finish all the food we ordered right?

Sukiy-a is one of the most prominent restaurant that Ive went. Delicacies were a variety . Service staff were very professional. I love it alot

Suikya is one of the restaurant that they will have me repeating the visit over and over again. Service is on par with a 5 star restaurant.

Never have I experienced such a delightful birthday celebration, a lot of promotion and discount are given if you are a membership of privilege and the buffet at Suki-ya is the best especially the cheese ball.

Mostly are self service, nothing much to comment on their services. Table space is abit limited, unless they allow you to use the table extension

Good!! Was an enjoyablr experience. Quality was good and service was great. Affordable and cheap as well. Would definitely reccomend others to go for it

The place was a little crowded for a dinner on Saturday night. Nevertheless the staff was prompt in seating us as we had a reservation. A tad noisy, but we weren't expecting otherwise. All in all, it was a nice place to gather with friends for some food and a long chat.

it was alright! felt like the service wasn't v good as there were only 2 waiters on duty (and the place was packed) but food was decent

The food is great with friendly serving staffs. Recommend to bring friends along as th location is conducive and convenient to locate. Will come again.

The steam is directed in the face of some of us.Maybe there can be some solution to it?Other than that, everything is great.service is good.

Service wasn't the best but it was ok.. Food wasn't very fresh and the soup bases could have been more flavourful. The condiments need improvement.

For the price, is not very worth as there are only meats. Suggest to include seafood to make it value for money so as to attract more customer

Helpful staff. Could be better with more food choices and variety! Otherwise nice staff even though it was understaff during peak hours. Please include more desserts too!

Not bad, the meats were good and selection of food was decent. May need to reserve in advance before going down if you wish to go.

Good food at cheap prices. The soup base is delicious, and of course, the free flow of meat is the highlight. However, there are not many variety of food available, and mostly are mere vegetables.

The service was quite bad cos we have order the meat few times but it's not serve until we approached the restaurant manager. Have tried out other branch and so far only Bugis branch have such issue...

Refill is very slow. Can't really catch a waiterto ask for. Lound environment in a mall therefore a highbase noise especially with the korean/japanese muskc next to it

Love the chicken and pork! Soup base is a bit sweet for my taste but I love that they serve broccoli, lobster balls, cheese balls and tofu! Dessert include mini cheese cakes and icecream! They even have log cake for this Xmas season!

Attention staffs, fast Service, clean place, nice FOOD however lack of varieties, fresh meats, always have stocks, authentic japanese FOOD , my favourite is sukiyaki soup!

The staff was friendly and good service! :) The food was served instantly when called for service. The staff also wear a smile n their faces.

Worst service I ever received. I'd rather eat at MacDonalds with much better service. Many complaints on their Facebook. You guys should check it out.

Made a reservation but was asked to wait when i am late for afew mins. Waited but the waitress forgot about it and let ppl who is in the walk-in queue to go in first. Serving was slow as waitress took order and forget abt the order. Had to repeatedly ask for my orders.
