Suki-Ya - Bugis +

Limited choice of vegetables, frozen broccoli served, rotten vegetables. Too sweet for sukiyaki soup base, too salty for pork soup base. They serve cakes and ice cream as dessert.

Sorely disappointed with the food and service. For the buffet, there's only about 7 types of veg and lots of balls. For beef, pork & chicken there's only 1 type and you have to order from the server. Getting the attention of the servers wasn't easy. Wouldn't want to return ever again

Food variety / choices were good, service was excellent, value for money. It could have been even better if time for consuming food was extended to 100 minutes, but overall, good food and service, will definitely recommend friends to this restaurant.

The bill came incorrect. There was no beer available, they had to get it from the next restaurant, at a much higher price than what is listed on their menu. Will not return again.

Overall fairly good. Good Value for money in terms of environment for catch up over dinner. Limited spread (referring to mushroom &veggie). Service average. Not Rude but not Friendly.

Even though I had a reservation, I still had to wait for awhile before I was seated. Food selection was quite limited as compared to what was previously offered as well. I expected more from my dinner but was left slightly disappointed

Not too bad. Wouldn't say it's fantastic but trying it once is no harm. The broths (we were given 2 choices) were at an acceptable standard, and the refills did not dilute the taste. Hence a positive review.

It went very smoothly, there were no difficulties at all! I booked it a bit too early but the staff were kind and let me wait at my table.

The restaurant environment was very pleasant and waiters are polite as well. Highly recommend anyone if you are looking for a place to have steamboat.

I had dinner with some of my colleagues last night. The food is clean and nice. Reception and all service staff were very helpful and cordial.

Getting a seat was really fast! I was very glad that I did the booking. The staff even recognised me by name so I thought that was good service. Well done indeed!

Limited meat selection but good. Plenty of side dishes like meat balls and mushroom to choose from. Drinks included. Only down side is the time limit.

Very bad service... even made reservation, still have to wait another 10-20mins when reached the restaurant. very unhappy dining at here !!! Arranged us to sit at the corner & the last table at the restaurant. When we raised up our hand to ask for topping the soup however no waitress see us. But other tables, they will one by one check on it. End up, we have to walk to counter to ask for topping soup/topping the meats. Almost 3 times

We arrived at 7.30pm for our reservation, due to overcrowding crowd, we were only seated at 8pm. Nonetheless, service staff did an efficient job clearing up the table once other customers left. By the time we sat down, all our orders were ready on the table. Service staff were very helpful and attentive to customers needs.

The staff not friendly, robably due to peak period. All staff as if in their own world. No proper plate to put cooked food. Bowl is actually sauce dish. Not very good compared to other branches.

As usual food was good however the service we received at this branch was the worse amongst all Suki-ya restaurants. Waiters and waitresses did not smile anf did not even seem willing to help.

Price is reasonable, Food is good taste and good quality. There is many choices of soup. Meat is good quality. And service is quite good.

Booking was very convenient. Good experience overall in the restaurant, except the seating for 8 persons is very cramped. Can improve and rearrange the seating for large groups.

Too little staff, saw only 3. Need to wait for quite some time to order the meat n its a timed buffet. When 1 is at the cashier only 2 is left, then if another 1 is clearing the table then....

Not bad and food serving also fast too. Staff there are friendly as well. In fact not my first time there. Will go there again.

Service is good thou with reservation made I still need to queue for my turn. Staff are friendly and the serving are fast too but one setback is that the variety of food is not as wide range as in Plaza Singapura branch.

Variety for the side dish not much choices compare to other branches. And time limit for this kind of hotpot dinner is not enough time.

Enjoyed the free flow of food over here, only thing that can and should be improved is the overall selection of food. Service was great; dropped an egg by accident, and the manager cleaned it up without a single complaint. Thanks for a great time!

They should have cut chili padi and soy sauce in the sauce section. Chili padi is very important in Asia. Please keep up the good work yooooo!

We had placed a reservation and was pleasantly surprise they had prepared the table including the soup before they brought us to the table. This was great which means we could almost start immediately.

Overall experience was rather positive , however I do reckoned that if the service staff could be more approachable and to portray a smile , I believe that it would be much alluring.

There were a large variety of food available, and recommended instructions on how to prepare the food. Service was good but can be improved. :)

there is not much variety of food to choose from. not value for money unless you are a meat eater that does not mind the quality of meat

Food was great. But wasnt given a more spacious space when there is available. And staff kept chasing us away when we havent finish our food. I mean, ya, our time could be up, but we had to finish all the food we ordered right?

Suikya is one of the restaurant that they will have me repeating the visit over and over again. Service is on par with a 5 star restaurant.

Sukiy-a is one of the most prominent restaurant that Ive went. Delicacies were a variety . Service staff were very professional. I love it alot

Never have I experienced such a delightful birthday celebration, a lot of promotion and discount are given if you are a membership of privilege and the buffet at Suki-ya is the best especially the cheese ball.

Good!! Was an enjoyablr experience. Quality was good and service was great. Affordable and cheap as well. Would definitely reccomend others to go for it

The place was a little crowded for a dinner on Saturday night. Nevertheless the staff was prompt in seating us as we had a reservation. A tad noisy, but we weren't expecting otherwise. All in all, it was a nice place to gather with friends for some food and a long chat.
