compared to last time i visited Shang Palace their service not as good as last time. Not really friendly not much smile. Thought their service always the best.

Awesome team that really took care of my allergies. Most of the dim sums were good except the radish puffs not to my liking. Will be back again in a bigger group to try out the dim sums!!!

Atmosphere and service were average. We ordered the set lunch and food took forever to arrive, despite the restaurant not being at about 80% capacity and our repeated chasing.

The dim sum was good and the service was attentive. They have replaced their barbecue pork pastry but I prefer the previous version. There is a good selection of dim sum although they could have more steamed varieties.

The food was good and server attitude was good as well. However, the portion of food is a little too small for the price that are paying for.

This is one of our favourite restaurant. It was a mother's day dinner and the place was rather full. The service stuff were quite stretched and the service were extremely slow for that evening. The dishes were nothing exciting.

Excellent food as always, top class service, food is a bit pricey though. It was quite quiet for it was a Monday evening when we went, love it.

Food, atmosphere and service was amazinging! It was also good for kids as they kindly arrannged a private room even during the busiest time. Price was also super resonable for this quality.

Nice ambience. Service was perfect. Gave us a small cake for bday celebration. However the Peking duck standard dropped abit. The skin to wrap the peking duck is abit too thick. Can be improved. Cos cant taste the Peking skin.

This is a medium-sized restaurant that's beautifully decorated, although a bit dimly lit. The food is very good, but expect high prices, which is understandable for a place like this. The dim sum lunch menu has a good variety and quality is good, with fresh ingredients. Service, as with most restaurants in Singapore now, is less than ideal. The government's strict restrictions on foreign labour and the lack of Singaporeans who want to work in restaurants mean that dining establishments are desperate for workers and have to employ staff they normally would not hire. The Shangri-la tries to train them but service tends to be perfunctory and brusque, but efficient.

The waitress who served us was on her first day at the job. It was terrible and we had to ask for a change of server/waitress. Thereafter, normalcy resumed, and we enjoyed the Shang Palace food as always.

The restaurant was crowded and although the service was slow at some points, the staff were always smiling and helpful. The dim sum was pricey but of high quality. We spent about $100 for two pax.

Shang Palace always the best. love you!~~ We will always come back here. Good quality dim sum, good service, help warm up my baby's milk!
