SBCD Korean Tofu House - Tanjong Pagar Centre

Nothing surprising, maybe only the side dish of squid that was delish. Food may be pricey and not justifiable. Does not warrant a revisit but this will be one of the more authentic Korean eateries I suppose.

There was a technical error, no gas supply. Did get to eat anything at all. Waitress did not inform me nd my friends knowing that we have just placed our orders.

Friendly service! Food was yummy & affordable. Love the huge dining area and doesn't feel too overwhelming even though it's lunch hour. Highly recommend! 👍

Good place to chillout. Waiting time for the food is about 15mins. Veri fast! Side dishes are good too. 1 of the side dish is 1 piece of fish each pax. Thta i normally dun see in other korean restaurant.

Good fast service and serves a nice array of Korean side dishes. The Tofu soup is a little too oily for my liking though. A pleasant lunch dining experience overall.

I love the tender Beef Galbi and spicy tofu stews. And not forgetting the banchan was some next level shit! Will definitely come back for more!

The best tofu soup. Soup served hot and fresh. The side dishes are delicious, especially the fried fish. Nice and clean environment. Great for big or small gathering.

Pretty decent Korean food like spicy pork and vegetables soup with options of add-ons like intestines, abalone, etc. One of the better fried pancakes that we’ve had. Service was nice and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the large dining hall that is suitable for big group gatherings.

Ambiance was great during dinner time while listening to the kpop music. The portion of the Regular Combo meal was enough for me. Super worth the value for the fresh quality of seafood, refillable side dishes and of course the silky tofu. Can't wait to try the rest of the food in sbcd. Would totally revisit this place.

The soontofu was good and big portion for 1 servings, with small sides to try. Spacious seating and free yakult after the meal! Overall was good

Food was decent but price was on the higher range. Definitely more worth it with promotion. Soontofo is still their signature dish. Sides include a one-time non refillable fried fish. Very fresh and tasty. Has a huge sitting area and located just near one of Tanjong Pagar basement Exit. Overall, decent experience for food and a catch up.

The Assorted Soontofu arrived bubbling in a pot. Interesting to note that rice was scooped from a stone pot, after which hot water would be poured over and covered with a wooden lid. drinking that water after a meal would provide a cleansing and nutritious experience. While I ordered a “Medium Spicy”, the soup wasn’t that intense. I wished the base could have been more robust and concentrated, but perhaps they were going for a ‘healthy’ route (and perhaps do not use MSG).

Service is always good here. The assorted tofu soup is always good and I like the octopus dish as well. Could do with more of the free side dishes.

We have enjoyed the food and the environment. Service was prompt and friendly. The chicken skin was a little fatty. Could consider to have dessert menu.

Good Korean fare. There were eight of us dining at SBCD Korean Tofu House. This is my fifth time eating at this branch and have invited friends for this gathering as I like the not-so-crowded feel of this place. We had mixed reviews on the food. One of our guests commented that the food (particularly the soup) was a bit too salty for her liking. Another felt the beef ribs was on the fatty side compared to what was previously served. The service was prompt and attentive, and the servers are always on the side to assist. We always end the meal with a nice yogurt drink compliments from the restaurant on the way out which is always welcomed.

Good service was provided. The food is authentic and we love the side dishes as well as the soontofu. You can choose the spiciness for the soontofu. Restaurant is at a convenient location, Tanjong Pagar MRT Station .

The food is nice but service not up to the standard. It is slow. For example , asked for the small dishes to be refilled and it took a long time to be refilled. Furthermore, ordered a normal rice set, asked the service crew for 3 times then it was delivered.

The food is very nice and the environment is very good. Spacious rooms which are suitable for large group gathering. The children eat better as parents can reward them with the free yogurt drink offered by the restaurant.

Love the tofu soup there. Taste so fresh and the rice is delicious. Last before end I live the yougurt drinks self serviced at checout.

Overall food and service is good, although the food tends towards salty. Portion of food is large and satisfying. The seafood pancake is superb, a must try.

casual dining atmosphere. enjoyed the seafood pancake a lot whereas the seafood sootufu though tasty, we hardly see a lot of ingredients, more of the silky tofu. the al galbi was nicely marinated. the octupus dish was okay too. the side dishes are rather pathetic in variety and quantity as compared to other korean restaurants. the fish was tasty and nice. can order extra at S$1. fortunately i read past reviews to know that we should pour the corn tea into the hotpot rice (after scooping it all out) as waiters didnt even make an effort to inform us. overall quality of food is pretty good but didnt impress me greatly.

The staff there had very good service and food is pretty good! Went there for colleagues birthday celebration. The staff helped to keep the cake and also sang birthday song tgr as they bring out the cake. Thank you. Will be back again. Also not forgetting their free digestive drink(yakult alike).

Food was super good. We had original pork tofu soup and the assorted one. It was as good as the BCD tofu shop we visited while in little Korea in New York! Will RTE!

Good service for lunch set and customers are free to enjoy a yogurt drink on the house after the meal to freshen up. Will go back again.

The side dishes was better than the tofu main course, which i suggest if you can take spicy food , must take 1 or 2 level higher than standard level. As the standars level taste a bit plain . The service was overall good

The food is great! I really missed having hotpot rice porridge when I lived in Korea. Wish they had kongbiji chigae too. Yummy good job

Food was good, especially their specialty tofu stew. Slightly pricey and side dishes were limited (quantity and variety) . Would go back there for their stew.
