Seaweed was having weird tastes. We told the manager she was nice to explain but the boss said it was normal but it was rancid. The sesame oil in the seaweed have turned bad. My son only eats seaweed and not other side dish and hence he was hungry as all seweed except for 1 plate was all bad. Hope the restaurant will look into this and change the supplier and stop serving customers with these rancid seaweed. Other than the seaweed all other food are good.

Great ambience and comfortable dining experience, not very crowded. Even given a free yogurt after checkout.

Food was tasty! There was a nice variety of food to choose but not overwhelmingly so. Their signature is the tofu stew so it’s best to take the combo. Portions are just nice for a big eater, so better to share if you have a smaller appetite. Do try the orange chicken!

The food is delicious especially the Kim chi pancake, must try. Very crispy!

Food is good however fish cake in the tofu soup is too saltist. Would prefer restaurant should add too much salt. Korean kimchi plates quantity are getting too little as well. I recalled Last year the different type of kimchi are a lot more variety. Maybe due to business not well due to covid19.

Their food is ever tasty and I luv their side dishes. And I’m always amazed by how tasty their fried fish (side dish but only serve once) is. However, it would be perfect if their service staff can pay more attention to customer waving at them for orders, etc.

We always make it a point to dine at SBCD tofu house each time we are in Singapore We love the food here, comparable to the BCD tofu house in New York However we notice the banchan 飯饌 portions are very very small and rather limited Other than that, service is good except this time around, the staff forgot my husband’s rice and we had to remind them Kind of strange because they brought mine in the push trolley together with the banchan But there was only one pot of rice

Probably still the best soondubu place in Singapore. A bit pricey but not stopping me from going back.

Sbcd is my favourite Korean restaurant. Their combo sets are value for money since we could share between 2 pax. Tried their prawn Tofu pancake, pan fried to perfection.

Restaurant charges for corn tea now, which is honestly pretty ridiculous considering it is one of the encouraged ways of enjoying the rice.
