As Easter arrives, the table is set for a celebration defined by abundance and ease. Glistening platters of Freshly Shucked Seasonal Oysters, Boston Lobsters and Snow Crab Legs open the feast, followed by comforting centrepieces of Slow-roasted Baby Lamb and Roasted Angus Beef with Bordelaise Sauce. The experience unfolds through Provençal-style Seafood Fregola, Wok-fried Singapore-style Salted Egg Prawns and delicately Steamed Norwegian Salmon, before drifting into a graceful finale of Yuzu & Chrysanthemum Meringue Tart and Warm Chocolate Gâteaux - a sweet pause to savour the season.
