We used to dine here and it’s disappointing that the standards have lowered; the food and the service is not the same as we have been accustomed to.

I visited outback steakhouse orchard gateway on valentines day, they mixed up our main courses and the sides. Ordered medium rare for 1 steak and it turned out rare. 2nd steak ordered medium and it turned out almost well done. But the other dishes like the chicken tacos and the appertizers platter wasnt too bad.

Sulky service staff, not very warm nor knowledgeable about their menu, was misled by menu descriptions leading to unexpected dishes arriving. Have they done away with the complimentary bread basket now? Too disheartened to ask. The mashed potato (with skin) tasted icky and the pork chops were tough as leather. We dined early before the Friday crowds arrived so ambience was ok then.

The service is close to not having any. Waiter came to take order with a uninterested attitude. Mumbles back our order. The food is definitely not worth the high price. The so call famous new york steak is nothing to shout out to. I had better at fractions of the price. The salmon smells n needed lots of tobasco to musk it. Overall this is the first n last time i will visit them

The ribs remain their best dish (in my family’s opinion). Service was good, no complaints whatsoever. It was a great place to celebrate our wedding anniversary

The 8oz sirloin steak was just below average. The ribs were good. The typhoon onion was nice in flavor but oily. Overall an ok experience

Pork chop and ribeye steak was very very dry. Ordered medium rare for the steak but came medium, almost well-done. And the corn cob could tell was left for very long, not fresh / juicy hence tasteless. Not really worth the price.

Hidden in the corner. Great service after the change but felt food not on par. Kitchen definitely have to improve on steaks and ingredients used for salad.

We had ordered steak, seafood, pasta and chicken, none of above were up to my expectation... the beef was tough, chicken was dry, seafood was chewy and the pasta was very mushy ! Honestly none of above impress me, and for the price of those dishes, we expect higher quality of food . My Friend and I were very disappointed.

Disappointed with quality of ALICE Spring chicken and Potterhouse steak. Chicken meat was tough and overpriced at $30/- for a piece of chicken breast. Steak was burnt at medium well. Will not visit again.

Specifically told the restaurant I am responding to OCBC 1-for-1 offer, only told their stock was sold out when reaching, later changed to stock rejected by chef. Waste my time making an effort there and spoil my dinner date.

Visited on a weekday night, and it was rather quiet. Great if you are looking for a quiet place to dine and catch-up with your friends. Not the best steakhouse in town, but the steak served is decent and value of $$ Meat temperature was served as requested.

The food is great, come with free flow fresh made bread !

Food wasn't as good as I remembered it to be so nah I won't be back.
