Arrived 10 mins early. Service was basically nonexistent. Overpriced, average crab.

Have tried a better tasting chilli grab in singapore. A bit disappointed, cause this has a very over powering ginger taste in it. It was quite noisy the night that we dined in, as there was this family of 6 having dinner, and they were talking so loudly.

1st impression: Such a beautiful decor! The eatery looks almost brand new.. The chili crab, which we ordered, did not disappoint! I would say it is a must to order the fried mantous which went so well with the crab gravy. If we weren't this full, we would have ordered 1 more round of mantous! :)

Hits: salted egg crab fragrant, little spicy and creamy Bee Hoon soup crab, delicious broth, lovely thick bed Hoon cooked to perfection for little one, yes comes with some greens so hits the healthy checkbox for kids Grilled squid with lime and chili on the side. Squid grilled just right, was tender and amazing. Steamed fluffy soft white buns Their crabs were sweet, fleshy and fresh. Ambivalent: chili crab is sweet and seems like Thai chili sauce base. Miss: didn’t manage to get hot water to top up cup of tea Fried buns... dripping with oil.... wrong kind of bun for frying? Overall, yes would go again with friends from out of town. They probably would like the Thai style chili crab while we settle for other options on the menu. Service was great except for that miss about getting hot water to refill tea cup.

Ordered the crab and not too spicy. Deiniftely worth the visit to try their crab. The price and portion was reazonable.

Since we’ve found Momma Kongs we haven’t been able to eat Chilli Crab anywhere else. The sauce is incredible & so are the fried and steamed buns. Tofu chips are great too.

Best chilli crab in Singapore. I’d continue my search but keep getting dissapointed when I eat somewhere else. So no I just keep coming back to Momma Kongs

Very nice crab bee hoon soup. Caring and friendly staff.

The prawns were very good but the crab dishes were very lacklustre. The chilli crab seem to have way too much garlic? there was a bitter taste... and the crabs was not served hot! The buns, vegetables and salted fish fried rice were all yummy though.

We enjoyed the Singapore black pepper crab and chilly crab very much. I missed cool drinking water though.

We had set menu for 2, we went with chilli crab, butter cray, shanghai greens, water kichestnuts drinks and desert we had yam and swirl. Their signature dish ie the crab was actually underwelming considering I've seen quotes and reviews raving on about how good it is...its decent, not amazing, I have had better not from Singapore. Everything else was good, the drink was a bit too sweet but after the ice melt it was better. The stand out was the grilled squid. Overall was an ok experience, staff spoke good English and service was quick but we won't be going there again for Singapore chilli crab.

Order a set for 4 and the portion was great. Love the grilled sotong the most.

Freindly service, good taste, reasonable price. Had great time with non-singaporean freind. Durian ice was also nice : )

Best crab in Singapore. They usually have the 700-800g but fixed price not like others $55. The chilli crab source best, I have tried jumbo and no signboard and this is better and more subtle and not sweet. We have upstairs and quiet and love the minimalist decor
