been here several times and always satisfied. grilled crab is awesome.

Very nice crab and environment. I would come back again.

Price is not high but crabs are not too fresh.

Second visit there. Black pepper crab is good. I think it is better than the chilli one. However, be prepared to get messy deshelling the crab yourself. Plastic clippers. Not a good choice to bring a date or business meeting. The crabs are good with the buns. The other dishes are nothing spectacular. Just stick with crabs only.

We ordered the pepper crab, the shelled crab noodle for 1, and added a vegetable toward the end. The crab in the noodle soup was very sweet and is delicious! Though I felt that it was less than half the quantity of the full crab. I will choose to order the whole crab the next time around. The pepper crab is very different it seem to have garlic in it as well. So it depends on what you prefer... I prefer more black pepper and less garlic in mine.

Good service and nice food. Not too spicy and suitable for my overseas friends!

Eating crab is messy business and it would’ve been nice if our tables were wiped down a little when we stayed for a bit to have more drinks after dinner. Butter crayfish and chilli crab here are simply the best!

Food was reasonable, ambiance (downstairs) somewhat sterile, staff (downstairs) inattentive - one’s serviette can get testy dealing when eating crab! Why not offer bibs rather than waiting on the customer to request one?

The crab came to me rather cold. One can assume it was left there too long before it was served to me.

Food was hit and miss. Sambal sauce that accompanied the crayfish was good. It's Asian food for Western tourists. You wouldn't really see all-Singaporean/Malaysian groups.

Crab ok but nothing special, many waiters but not so much service.

Food as good as ever, fresh crabs albeit a little pricy. Service was so-so, the guys dont really smile much.

The food and service was amazing, but may be we visited on a Sunday so the restaurant was full of screaming kids and was a bit on the noisy side.

The chilli crab was amazing accompanied with the sambal prawns and sambal fried rice, the greens lacked flavour and could have done with a little more seasoning. Don’t forget to order the buns ( steamed or fried) both delicious. Service was lack lustre and at time verged on inattentive. Really need to pick up their game on this aspect.

the Chili crab was absolutely fantastic. the price is very affordable for this quality I the waiters were little bit more smiling and give the choice to the client to seat not in the middle of the restaurant if they don’t feel comfortable like I was even if I have insisted with no result it would have been perfect everywhere.

the butter crab was something special! i would definitely visit again but it felt a but overpriced and it was really loud from big crowds

Strong smell of cleaning chemicals while we were still eating is inacceptable. Stingray was burned and not fresh. Very loud music. Servers forgot some items we ordered.

Ordered pepper crab and chilli crab. Gravy for both dishes are nice. However, the crabs weren't fresh, the crabmeat is soggy. Maybe it's time to QC the seafood suppliers.

The crab was fantastic! Well cooked and well seasoned. Would definitely recommend Momma Kong’s for some great chilli crab.

ME and my husband are really enjoy their famous singaporean chilli crab and the warm greeting from a friendly staff with quality service

Busy staff, expensive food. I prefer the normal JB Ah Meng, crab party than the crabs here. One rickshaw brand teabag costs $3.50. And a cup of water also $3.50. The staff cannot be flexible to bring the hot flask of water to refill the tea and have to collect the cups of tea back to the counter, refill, and bring back to our table. And mix up all our cups😨

Great Crab. Staffs are friendly and helpful. But the choices on the menu are a bit limited.

Unique taste and good customer service. Place is too small so when crowded is v rowdy and noisy.

Overrated place. Have had better crab. The squid was burnt but under cooked. Taste bitter but raw. Service didn't exists. Had to remind them that we wanted water. We got warm tap water. The only tasty thing was the fried bun.

Overall food quality not too bad but there’s still room for improvement. Chilli crab lacks of flavour and fried mantou not crispy enough, too oily & soggy.

Service was wonderful and the Chili crab and Black Pepper crab were delicious! Would definitely return!

Upstairs has less atmosphere by a long way but food and service were great
