Very good food but very bad service. We odered the food and after half an hour tha waiter came to us asking again and once they lost our order. Then I got my butter crab one hour after we sat at the table. Unacceptable

10% service charge is not reasonable as there is no exceptional service at all.

The tofu was 10 dollars and you collected us 18 dollars . I think the price on the menu, and the price you charge is different. . We order two crab and One vegetables, one tofu chips , one fried rice , 3 three green tea . We pay for 200plus . By the way the crab is not taste

The cleaning smell is too much. Whenever people left the table, the waiters sprayed too much cleaning liquid. Also the black pepper crab had way too much ginger. Worse than my last visit a year ago.

I thought the standard of the crab have dropped much. It did not have the flavour and taste like it was before which makes Momma Kong different.

We first came here 2 years ago (from australia) and it was just as good. Had the set for 4 for the 3 of us and it was perfect. Will keep coming back whenever we are in singapore. Thanks again!

Crab dishes are good value at $55 but grilled sotong was tiny for $20. Hope management can look into minimum weight of sotong.

The service was friendly and efficient, the selection of food was delicious and we really enjoyed our red chilli crab. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I ordered a starter, a grilled item and 2 crabs. After waiting for 45 mins, we noticed that other guests who had arrived after us had already received their food. Getting impatient, we checked with the staff on the status of our order and was told that we would be getting served soon. After another 10 mins we found out that the order chit somehow had not made its way to the kitchen. All other tables that arrived after this had already at this point received all their dishes. We finally received our starter and grilled item after more than an hour. And crabs 15 mins after. No discount/apology was given. And to be quite honest the quality of the crabs was not great. The crabs were quite mushy. White pepper crab also did not taste great. It was just a salty paste. Very disappointing visit overall.
