Pasta was abit tastless and we hv to add on salt. Server was abit messy, he tried to clear the table at 1 go. Basket with chicken wings bone fell on the table a couple of times. Last it fell on my guest mobile n dirty their hands n mobile. Abit embarrassed but my guest was nice to calm him down n ask him take his time.

Cafe service was excellent, staff was able to accommodate our request for a bucket of ice to chill the bottled wine throughout the dining session. We also had the tomato basil pizza, the taste brought delights.

the last item which was a pasta came after we finished almost 3 other items. half of the menu was not available at 7pm reservation. Pricing is steep for a warehouse setting. probably 1st and last time going...

Scan QR code manual and orders are a little confusing. If they demand for payment before ordering, the app makes it pay on the app as well.

Nice place chill to and first time tried the waffle, it’s good and love the ice cream. My 2nd visit and will definitely come back again. It would be great if Knots can continue the promotion of 10% off for booking via Quandoo as the prices of the meals are a little on the steep level.

The cafe was nicely decorated. Food was great but portion was small. Coffee was nice as well.

Newly opened cafe is well furnished and decorated with green vibes that makes a nice weekend hangout. Waffles were crispy on the outside and still chewy on the inside.

The ambience was nice. Not a lot of people on a week day. Lots of plants surrounding us. But I feel the portion of the food is too little for the price charged.

A nice and quiet place for dinner on a weekday. Cafe closes very early at 9pm though, we ended up having to look for another place nearby to finish up the night.

A very unique dining experience. Loved the plants decor in every corner of the cafe, servicing staff are friendly and helpful as well and we felt at home from the minute we stepped in. The only problem we had was trying to find the location of the cafe! It’s a little too “well hidden”.

Café is located in an industrial building - a bit off for those who don't drive. Don't quite like their Ikea round stools as it's not comfy if you want to chill and chat during dinner. There are a lot of deco items around so one needs to be careful while moving around. Food wise - I like my lamb cutlet but I feel it's a little pricey at $28 for 3 pcs. Truffles fries was flavourful but extremely greasy. Coffee nothing to shout about.

Not the first time visit Knot cafe and living. Felt the food is not good as paya lebar branch, price also slightly higher than there. But we do have the $20 off promo so overall a good experience. 1 more thing to highlight, a staff wanna to keep our plate while my husband still eating his last 2 bite, and our plate still with food! We still holding our folk & spoon but the staff asked! Hmmmmmmm I & my husband was shocked with her action. Anyway good to educate staff stop doing this behavior, it will make customer not feel like coming back!
