Had the truffle egg and bacon croissant. Crispy croissant pairs well with the truffle scrambled egg and bacon. Nice floral deco. Out of the way in a industrial area. Quite chill.

Like the ambience. It's like eating in a garden. The eclectic mix of furniture also makes it more interesting than most cafés. Food is OK, not fantastic, but not bad.

Very pretty interiors. Almost everything on display is for sale like plants, decorative items etc. Food was 7/10 but very good value. Self order at cashier but service was prompt. Will return.

I went on a weekday night so it was okay. Pretty quite and secluded at Pasir Panjang area. is not easily found but love the decoration of the cafe. PS: Previously went to another of their outlet before and decided to give this new outlet a try out!

Pretty crowded, noise level was quite high and not much sound barrier between different dining groups. Food was mediocre for the price.

It was a pleasant experience, the environment was nice and comforting but the food can be improved on in terms of the taste.

This outlet at Pasir Panjang is a beautiful place to chill. The staff was prompt to respond but the food needs improvement. We were served a burnt waffle. I was too preoccupied to notice it when it was served but a photo was taken so I can vouch for my review here. I was horrified when I tasted it as it was burnt through and through in all quadrants. It baffles me that the chef took no pride to ensure quality control prior to releasing out from the kitchen to be served. Mind blowing that he doesn’t redo another one when he/she noted the first try was burnt. And it wasn’t a busy Sunday evening so no excuses the kitchen is stretched. It was a slow Sunday and the chef can definitely do with more rounds of practice to perfect his craft. I suggest having the chef from Pasir Panjang work with the chef from Paya Lebar to close the gap in standards. People do remember a wonderful dish and will make the effort to revisit a place for good food. So every creation out of the kitchen should be served in that spirit. In the event the kitchen is not ready in skills for a dish, please mark it as unavailable in future. Kudos to the manager on duty for handling this professionally. Although I didn’t ask for any remedial action (no need to replace my waffle, no need for free perks), he took the initiative to manage my direct feedback with a complimentary slice of cake. F&B is a tough industry and we are empathetic to entrepreneurs brave to venture in this space. This review is not meant to disparage Knots. We love the waffles at the Paya Lebar branch and hence wanted the child to experience the same at Pasir Panjang (Knots at Paya Lebar is closed for kitchen reno that day). We hope the kitchen at Pasir Panjang tries harder. Practice makes perfect so if there is a will, improvement will happen and the standard can be raised. In the meantime, keep your burnt by products within the kitchen and never serve it in this slipshod style to your customers again.

Love the high ceiling and greenery indoors. Very instagramable. Location is a little less convenient but fairly near Pasir Panjang MRT station, tucked within an industrial estate. Lovely ambience, however food was just so-so; visit for the space more than the food ;)
