Good service, food, and ambience. Order the roast pork and it was really tender and juicy with a crispy layer of skin over it. Will try the other dishes.

Totally enjoyed my high tea experience @ Kaiserhaus with my bestie. Beautifully decorated and great ambience. Enjoyed the cakes, pastries & sandwiches. Great value as price is low. Will visit again.

The chinese waitress was attentive and nice. 6 tumbs up. Serves one of the best latte and cappucino. Nice ambience. Would definitely come there again.

Pleasant ambience, servers were polite and attentive, and the food was served promptly not long after our orders. Portions were decent, and the seafood pot was delectable.

Loved, loved, loved the food. Service was friendly but perhaps a tad slow. The Gourmet Beef was outstanding, the Sausages were fantastic, the Schnitzel was perfect, even the potato salad was lovely. Look forward to our next visit!

The Food: Vepřová Pečenē / Bohemian Pork Roast ..... 26.00 - The best outta the three main dishes we (three girls) ordered. We like the bread pastry at the sides. Wiener Schnitzel from Pork ..... 29.00 - The breading covering the pork was meh... The pork was also meh... the presentation was rly mehhhh... Imagine a flat slice of pork like roti prata covered in the meh breading. Salzburger Bratwürstl / Salzburg Pork Sausages ..... 19.50 - Mashed potatoes and Gabelkraut (Bohemian Cabbage) were nice! Sausages okie lar... The Emperor's Cake ..... 10.50 - We personally did not like it, but we conclude that their cakes might just be like that, so we are not able to appreciate their type of pastry. The place: Beautiful. Lovely place. Perfect for long catch-up sesh. Attentive staff.

Food quality and taste needs much improvement. Even their most popular Emperor cake taste bad. Service is alright. Nice environment. Would not recommend this place for afternoon tea.

The tea set was ok. Serviced fast. Will try their main course if given the chance. I just think that their pricing is a bit expensive.

Quality of food was mediocre. Worsening the experience was the service staff, in particular, Milind, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. His impatience added on to the already unpleasantness caused by him. Will not recommend to others nor return to the establishment as it's not worth ruining yet another day due to this sort of staff.

Service from two of the three staffs were splendid, but the afternoon tea set was nothing too splendid. Next visit probably for the main course.

Food is slightly salty to my taste but overall still great. Beef goulash is recommended. Staff are friendly and helpful. They seem to be a little understaffed but quite attentive. I've enjoyed the ambience there too.

Portion sizes are incredibly generous. Good beer. Great location. Wide variety of food choice. Lots of the dishes are unique among the Singapore restaurant selection.

The tea set for two is not generous enough - portion-wise. The restaurant should pull a slice of the selection of feature cakes to present to patrons for their selection instead of having patrons walk to the cake chiller and the names of the cakes are difficult to pronounce and remember to repeat to the wait staff.

Fantastic service, excellent food. Great place for an afternoon tea to laze around. Do check out their weekday lunch sets going at only $17++. Thumbs up.

It's a lovely place, located above the refurbished Capitol Theatre. Most patrons requested for a seat by the balcony/porch overlooking the views on the outside. There's a grand stairway that leads to another floor upstairs, filled with an old-world charm. Loved the ambience and space, service was lukewarm, not particularly impressive. We had the Afternoon Tea for 2 with a Groupon promotion, came in a 3-tier serving plate. Limited selections and cold, dry food. Not impressed and quite. let down. Perhaps the warm mains might be better.

The high tea for 2 was average. The three tier items were nothing unique, taste could be improved. But the ambience of the restaurant was good.

brought a groupon coupon to go for their high tea session with one of my girlfriends. the ambiance is pretty clam and relaxing. however, the selection of food is very limited and we would not consider going there again. :/

It is a pleasant place to have high tea in the afternoon. The environment are great. Coffee and pastries are pretty delicious too. There is an old classic piano display beside the meeting room area. It would be wonderful if someone is playing the piano during high tea timing.

A very nice restaurant in an amazing location. Only a little bit cold. But The Schnitzel was great. Even my kid's liked it. We will come back again.

Authentic Austrian cuisine, comfortable environment. Hans, the host is from Salzburg and worked as a head Chef for many years. Nice beef, dessert and beer. Highly Recommended! 👍

Good service. There is room for improvement on food taste. Frankly we will not return for any main course unless wish to check any changes in taste.

Service was bad. Pastries were not nice. Only not-so-bad thing in the afternoon tea set was the latte, but not fantastic. First and last time.

The service and food were excellent. The chocolate and cake was not too sweet and pastries were very fresh and airy. The rye bread could have been less hard though, but that could just be my preference...not a fan of rye

The portion of food is rather generous & at reasonable prices. Nice ambience which is not too noisy. However, service is rather slow at times.

Authentic food from the austrian-hungarian-german palate. Enjoyed especially the starters. Pork knuckles a but underwhelming compared to what I've had in Germany. Sausages were great. Sauerkraut too. Fried chicken while it had great batter was in the end too common dish. Desserts were terrific. Would be back again.

The service was nice and I totally love the decor of the restaurant. It made me feels like I was in the Austria. The menu was the same as well. Totally love the food and most importantly, the selection of beer and wine was splendid

I think the only down side to the place is that the tea cups weren't that clean and they are noticeable. Nonetheless, the ambience and food was great. Definitely on the pricey side but still worth having a meal there.
